"I have been to Blue Wasabi for the second time now and it has consistently provided a good, laid-back atmosphere for enjoying delicious sushi and drinks quickly. It can get a bit crowded during busy times, but don't let that discourage you from visiting. The menu offers a wide selection of both contemporary and traditional sushi, all of which has been top-notch. The small plates are also standout dishes, with the rockin shrimp and Genghis Kahn beef being my personal favorites. Blue Wasabi boasts a diverse list of around 20 martinis, which are good overall and especially enjoyable for those who prefer sweet and fruity flavors. However, I do wish they offered a few more potent cocktails for those seeking a stronger drink. In conclusion, Blue Wasabi is a fantastic choice for prompt and efficient service, paired with an array of exceptional sushi and appetizers. I highly recommend trying the dirty sanchez roll (perfect for fans of deep-fried rolls), the summer lovin’ roll (a refreshing option), and the Gordon gecko roll (a traditional roll with a unique twist)."

We went to this restaurant for happy hour and dinner. The sushi was average at best. We tried 6 different rolls and none of them were very good. However, the martinis were delicious and priced at $5.95 during happy hour. Overall, our group decided that we would not come back to this restaurant.

I've adored this place for years! The martinis are to die for, and the sushi options are absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is modern and clean, and the service is always fantastic! The happy hour prices are great, but be sure to arrive early as it tends to get crowded during that time. The outdoor seating has misters, making it pleasant to sit outside even when it's a bit warm. I highly recommend it!

I tried ordering on Uber Eats and it was so delicious, I knew I needed to go in person. Hands down, this is probably the best sushi in Arizona. The rice was perfectly cooked, fish sensational quality and flavors are out of this world. The drinks willhave your eyes roll behind your head and all the servers are friendly beyond belief. I never thought I'd find a place like thisbut here it is! I hope they expand around the valley because this is probably my new #1 sushi spot next to Osaka JapaneseSteakhouse. If anyone comes here, keep in mind you'll probably have a bill around 100 or so but it's totally worth it! I'll beback many more times! View menu

I got this as a suggestion from a FB group. Overall the food was great. If you like to see pics of the food when you order, look at pics of their food online because their menu has none. The rolls tasted great although the rice paper I could have done without. I tried the Nemo with without the lemon, I preferred without. The blue wasabi is different, I'm not sure if it's what makes it blue or just the wasabi but it was not as soft smooth as the green wasabi. Took me a while to get it mixed into my soy sauce even then I quit trying just ate. I ate outside, the weather was great a lot more quiet than the inside. The servers were awesome as well, everyone from my server to the others bringing o...

This was our second visit to this restaurant. The first time we came was shortly after their opening. It was quite busy for a Friday evening at 6 PM. We were placed on a waitlist and had to wait about 15-20 minutes for a table, which wasn't too bad. However, once we got inside, it felt very crowded and had more of a sports bar atmosphere than that of a restaurant. The tables were packed closely together, and the chairs were uncomfortable with awkward footrests. We ordered wine, an appetizer, and sushi rolls, but unfortunately, none of the rolls were satisfactory and didn’t compare well to other sushi spots in the area. I found myself constantly trying to catch the server's attention for mo...
