"We go there at least once a month. Heading there tomorrow as a matter of fact. We were searching for the best Chinese in Salem and planned on hitting the 8 or so on Lancaster before deciding. We started at the Blue Willow....we stopped there. Great service, great food, great portions. Keep it up Blue Willow."

I had guests from out of town and this was delicious. We ordered Chicken Chow Mein, Egg Flower Soup, Sweet Sour Chicken, and Chic Fried Riceken. It was all delicious and we have a lot of leftovers. The portions were large and everything was cooked perfectly.
