"Boot Scootin' and Delicious! This diner is amazing. The biscuits and gravy, chefs kiss! I had the breakfast trash, let me tell you something....I cleaned that plate! We didn't make it in time for the sticky buns, cause they sold out but I'll tell you what buddy....we will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing Cafe! We loved the service and decor. Thank you to the management and staff at Bluebonnet Cafe!"

Had the most amazing mushroom Swiss burger. With a grilled bun and handmade Patty. And the fries were amazing like old-school french fries you had as a kid. Our waitress Corbin was great. She had such a pleasant attitude. Would highly recommend breakfast or lunch here at Bluebonnet Café.
