The food was fantastic, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service matched that level of quality, also a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere created a warm and inviting space that deserves another 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Triple Berry Pie, the Family Size Farmhouse Garden Side Salad, and the Onion Rings. This assistant manager named caitlynn went above and beyond for my family and I order I have a dairy allergy and she printed me a menu that showed all the dairy free stuff, and helped me find food that I can have and made it special for me, she also made sure it was soft considering I had wisdom teeth removal surgery, she was very kind enough to donate a couple of things to our church for a silent actuion, your service and your kindness will forever mean so much to my mom and I thank you for making our day! As for the steak, it wasn't cooked properly; it was almost raw inside, with a jelly-like texture. The macaroni and cheese was extremely dry. The steak was sent back, but when it came out the second time, it was still pink. Then, our waiter mentioned that the manager would be coming to speak with us, even though we hadn’t requested a manager. When she arrived, it became clear the steak was still undercooked. The manager offered to remake it, so we sent it back a third time and eventually just requested it to be put in a to-go box. The manager clearly recognized their mistakes, but having to send back the roast plate twice, dealing with the undercooked carrots, and sending the steak back thre...

We decided to go around 5 pm for dinner. Plenty of parking at this time. Didn't look too busy so figured there wouldn't be much of a wait. Got seated in a booth. Had our order taken at a decent time. But then we waited over an hour for our food. Everyone else, who came in 20 minutes after us, got their orders first. Got cinna bites to share, they came out on a skillet, which is supposed to be hot to keep the food hot, but the pan was at best room temperature and the cinna bites were luke warm.
