"I’m only reviewing the sapin sapin boba, and unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed. The drink tasted overwhelmingly like the syrup from a can of jackfruit—too much, in my opinion. I couldn’t detect any ube flavor at all; it felt more like a smear on the cup than a significant ingredient. I expected there to be more ube flavor present, which left me feeling disappointed, even though I had low expectations to begin with. It made me think about how I would reinterpret sapin sapin as a drink, but I couldn’t come up with any ideas. Overall, I see this drink as more of a jackfruit coconut milk beverage with a heavy dose of jackfruit syrup. On a positive note, the ambiance of the place was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, I wouldn’t recommend the sapin sapin drink to anyone."

Good boba. Smaller menu. I got an espresso milk tea. Great service.

It’d be beneficial to your business if you treat your employees like people.

This is the best place to get boba in San Francisco. In fact it's the best boba I've had anywhere. The selection is vast.Service: 5/5 View menu

Honestly not all that hype. I was kinda let down. I got the ube latte and it was powdery. The boba was nice and chewy though! Maybe I just got a bad drink. But I wasn't that impressed.

Recently found out that Boba Guys has been firing employees that try to unionize, which is not only illegal according to labor laws but just vile. Why are you against your employees organizing for basic needs like time off and healthcare?

The sapin sapin was very rich and quite a lot to take in (probably wouldn’t order it again), but the strawberry matcha, which they are famous for, is excellent. However, you can’t adjust the sweetness without sacrificing the strawberry flavor! Overall, I’d rate the food 4 out of 5. View menu

I used to like this shop but the owners/upper management treat their workers terribly (underpaying, wage theft, misuse of gov loans, union busting). I’d rather support other boba places than this chain that exploits its super sweet n talented staff. I’m not planning to come back unless boba guys successfully unionizes.

I ordered the lychee tea and seasonal pandan matcha latte. I recommend ordering online to avoid waiting in line, as pickup is quick and easy. The drinks are quite refreshing, but they do come with a hefty price tag. It’s surprising that they charge over $8.50 for a single drink — quite the profit for them! Overall, I stop by when I'm in the area, but I wouldn’t make a special trip just for their drinks.

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
