"I am so fed by this place! every experience was terrible, and I have decided that I will not give this place another cent of my geldes! I've been protecting this place several times. they are customer service sucking and eating is not worth the aggravation! Today I ordered a speck, tomatensandwich on toast. I asked if they could make sure that this is roasted. Instead, the employee reacted when we hit the earth twice. I answered, I do not ask that you have tapped it twice, I ask that it be roasted so that you may have to adjust the toaster setting so that it produces toast for the first time. I just ask that it is brown (whether it is a problem that it should not be in business). to mix things, every time I order the same sandwich, I was accused of another amount and must literally argue with these people just to go. I mean, look at it! Instead of solving the problem, they would rather throw the sandwich in the müll and let the customers go. I work at the courthouse, which is just on the road, but I tell them. they won't give me any more!"

"I would have given this place more stars but considering the situation, they left a very bad taste in my mouth. My hubby is a truck driver and we were in the area to drop a load off and decided to get a room for the night. We went and got some food before his driving time ran out only to get back to the room and be disappointed. We ordered the 5 piece chicken combo and American burger (no mayo or grilled mushrooms) combo. Once back in the room my hubby unwrapped his burger"

"I was so excited when I saw this tick tock my friend sent me about this place. I look at the site and saw they had a band on Fridays. It was local and I wanted to vibe to some music, have good Food and chill. When I got there, there was a cover fee at the door. My fee was 10 and my boyfriends fee was 20. I asked the lady was this the cover on Friday and she said yeah after 8pm there was a charge. I paid and continued on in. I looked around and saw four tables that all said reserved and there were no seats at the bar. I asked the same young lady where could he sit. She pointed to the reserved seats and said well Those are 50 dollars for the night. I was confused, I just paid 30 to get inside. She pointed to a back area and said well those are free. It's behind a wall and you can't see the band play or the dance floor. It's like they have you in the back area hidden. I asked would someone take my order back there. She said I only have two ppl so you can come up and order at the bar. Went to this back seating area and it just wasn't a vibe for me. I guess I was already upset because the prices at the door were misleading via their flyers on site. I even asked my boyfriend to show her the flyer and she said it was old. I referenced the flyer because I should not have paid according to the flyer because I came before 9pm but I was asked to pay. At this point I was not satisfied and to make matters worse. The waitress came over and I said I wanted to order a burger and fries she explained that they don't serve that anymore only the late night menu. That menu only includes some appetizers. I had wanted a meal. She saw how unhappy I was and tried to explain how everything worked. I ask for a manager to see about a refund. She was very nice explaining how everything worked and I appreciated it. She was t mean or anything. I asked for my money back for the night and she did just that. To me it just felt like it was about joe much money they could get you for with limited services. This might be a better place for brunch or happy hour for me. They had more ppl collecting than serving. I see some good reviews and I hope maybe I can actually try their drinks during happy hour."

"This Arby's location in Upper Marlboro is only open for drive thru. The inside has been closed for months. Double check your order before pulling away because it seems common for them to forget things, then you have to sit in the drive thru line all over again. Also tell them exactly how many condiments you want because they are always very stingy with them. I ordered two sandwiches and asked for Arby's sauce and horseradish and they only gave me one of each. One of each for two sandwiches. I guess they thought I only needed half a pack for each sandwich. I wouldn't even go to this location if there was another Arby's around, but there isn't, so I just deal with it."

"Since we now live in St. Mary's County, we don't get to frequent Bojangles often, unless we're in the area. This would be my 2nd visit to this particular location, and they've been out of Chicken Supremes. Anyone who knows me, knows I've been going to Bojangles since I was pregnant with my 18 year old, so having Chicken Supremes on deck is critical lol. The staff was rather friendly, even when I had to take my Chicken tender meal back inside, due to its toughness and my fries were stale tasting. If I'm being completely transparent, even the 2nd round of food I received, was not up to par . It was pretty disheartening, and especially with me being in my 3rd trimester, I was so looking forward to having my taste buds satisfied . Personally, the tenders taste nothing like the Supremes, as some would suggest or hint at. Idk if I need to hang it up with Bojangles for a time or for good, but I just really, really hope they pull it together. The one in Waldorf closed down several years ago, and I went there almost daily during my lunch, I just don't want the same thing to happen to the one in Upper Marlboro . I really do appreciate the kindness of the staff though, forgive me for not recalling both lady's names ."
