"Finally made it to try this restaurant. The flavor is mainly lebanese. We had the temphe, fatoosh, tabooli, the 8 Oz krankie flankie, mussaka and lentil soup. The flavors are spot on. The mussaka is not what you would expect, it's a soup??? If the ritual of dining out was just based on the flavor and taste of the meal, then yes I would go back. But the experience was not good. The service staff lacks professionalism, yes it's casual attire for the servers, but it's taken too literally here. Orders were wrong, because the server stopped listening when taking orders. It's a also a good idea to check on your customer a few minutes after you bring the food. If you really had to have lebanese then yes go here. If you want a pleasant dining experience, then NO. There are other restaurants in downtown Winston Salem that could use patrons. I'm glad this was a one and done visit for me."

We enjoyed our meal and service. Our iced tea had no ice cream. The Pita-Brot is a killer!

Cozy location downtown for new age mediterranian fare. A bit pricey, but the food was fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous.

Every day came here as a change to American food. The food has not disappointed, but ordered a record that I prefer on a larger plate than one. I was back several times, good job!

Mooney's is one of the most stunning spots in Winston-Salem. Their falafel is exceptional! My top choice is the traditional Falafel Pita, which goes perfectly with the delightful... View menu

Great atmosphere, reasonable prices. I got the sampler platter, the fried cauliflower was very oily, no real flavor and the falafel was overdone. I enjoyed the eggplant though. Have been for dinner, good draft beer selection.

The parking options in the city center are quite limited, even after 6 PM on Fridays. There is nearby parking available for $6 for the duration of your meal. The atmosphere is not too crowded, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating available...

I'll come here any minute. I like the store. Child employees. I really enjoy the food and a Mediterranean food lover who has this place makes me very happy because there are not many of them in the city. The food is good. Sometimes we order in the counter and sometimes we get waiter services. I think it could be at night. I love Pitas. I love Shawarma. I love Mediterranean food. View menu

I really wanted to give them 3 stars for the reasonably decent food but the service was so bad that it wasn't worst it the girl on the counter alts like she's doing a favor to the world that she's breathing, nothing I ordered didn't come out right and you can expect far better service even in McDonald's. And in the picture you can see what they call bowl of soup, so what is a cup then?

Come to Mooney on Tuesday and enjoy the Falafels at a discount. They are open at any time to get a falafel because they are worth it. I tried her Mousaka the next day to try something new. I wasn't sure how to taste, but it was okay. It came with Pita bread. Next time I try her baba ghanouj. I gave 5 stars, not only for the food, but because the cups and chefs seem personal. I was here twice. I'll update again after I got my Ghanouj.
