"I received the wrong order which was almost made me sick because of my gluten intolerance. The kids' order consisted of small chicken pieces that were not worth the price. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again."

Stale bread on both sandwiches I ordered, and the chicken was very over cooked. Veggie patty was greasy. View menu

I love Boss burgers. They are soooo amazing. The fries are SO delicious. Their chili is to die for. Really incredible

The burger seemed hastily assembled, with uncooked onions and an excessive amount of sauce. The bun was soggy, as if it had been soaked.

We all love bosses. My favorite is the fried chicken sandwich. My children cannot get enough of the hot dogs and Straus' ice cream. And they even have free Pac Man. View menu

The onion rings were cooked perfectly and the chili had a flavorful kick. The burger was also delicious. This restaurant has definitely become my new favorite spot for burgers.

I come every Sunday with my son for our weekly hot dog and burger and my beer tap. Always get a great service and the food is on time every time. I very much welcome this place.

"We had requested the rounded corner booth in the main dining room and arrived 20 minutes early, planning to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. But instead, we were seated at a booth right next to our preferred one. A couple finished their meal shortly after we sat down, well before our 6:30 reservation. We ordered a Beefeater gin and tonic and a very dry Beefeater martini. Both drinks had an unusual, perfume-like scent that was quite off-putting. My wife sent her drink back, and I decided to switch to a Bombay martini, but the same strange floral fragrance persisted. I regularly enjoy Beefeater and Bombay dry martinis and have never experienced this odd aftertaste before. For my main course, the Duck and Porcini confit ragu had hardly any duck in it. There were only a few shreds of duck meat hidden in the tagliatelle, but no substantial pieces. My wife’s Pesto and Shrimp dish arrived swimming in a broth. While this might be a traditional way to serve it, there was no mention of broth on the menu. She had expected the pesto to be coated on the pasta and oily, rather than soupy. As much as we have loved Capriccio over the past three decades, this experience was disappointing. We didn't even stay for dessert. We'll certainly return, but I hope to avoid writing another negative review. I usually don’t share my thoughts unless absolutely necessary, but I felt compelled to do so this time."
