"Very clean place but not the best place for vegetarians. There was an option to order the three sides for 10.00 which I did but the sides are so small. I mean come on!! I already don't eat meat and the servers give you the most itty bitty sides possible. It's like you're begging for food and I'm the one spending MY hard earned money. The mac and cheese was also very watery and too salty. I'm also curious to know if I'm paying for three sides that's supposed to cost 10.00, why do I have to pay an extra 1.00 for the spinach? The spinach did not even taste good. My last complaint no ketchup! Doesn't mean because I'm vegetarian I want to eat my food dry. They only had bbq sauce which worked okay for the potatoes. But I'm better off spending my money eating sofritas at CHIPOTLE. They aren't mean with the serving and I feel like I get my money's worth. If you're a meat lover maybe you might like it... but vegetarians if you ever feel hungry do yourself the favor and take a pass on Boston Market. The food is not worth it in my opinion."

I find the interior of all Boston Market locations to be somewhat outdated, but I appreciated the service they offered. Unfortunately, some menu items were unavailable, yet they were still willing to address those issues and accommodate us.

Zero stars across the board. The corn was hard with no flavor. The sweet potatoes were watery. Thank goodness the chicken tasted good. The soda machine does not work and they don’t tell you when you purchase a drink cup. $47 spent and wasted. Will NEVER go back.

The worst Boston Market I've ever went and I never that could be. The chicken had no seasoning and extremely dry. The mash potatoes had no flavor. They taste like hospital mash potatoes. The mac and cheese was the only dish that was edible. My wife's meal was the same as mine. No seasoning. The food was horrible. I felt robbed for my money.

PRO and Honest Review: BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE. Avoid coming here: Gravy on the mash was a different kind: tasted horrible… And they don’t let you know in advance that they’re out of this most basic item in their menu. The sweet corn was stale. The bathroom stunk like it hasn’t been cleaned in 3 months. Yuck, gross!! Not the typical Boston Market experience. View menu

Last week, the mixed veggies were bland and appeared old and lifeless. It was a pickup order so I could work first, but I ended up tossing them out. Everything else was good, though. Today, the filling is really dry and unappetizing; it’s far too dry, almost like it needs more moisture. I can try to fix it when I get home. On the bright side, they serve good food and have great offers for those who don’t feel like cooking.

Today I made a vow to never patronize this place again. I walked in today and immediately felt an intense heat, actually much hotter than it was outside. No air conditioning, and this is nothing new, it's been going on for years. I felt so bad for the employees who have to work a shift under these conditions. I would not blame them if they all walked out in solidarity to protest these conditions. It is an absolute disgrace!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and won't be returning. I took just two bites of my meal before deciding to throw the rest away. All the side dishes were overcooked, and when I mentioned this to the manager, he dismissed my concerns and suggested it might be an issue with the steamer, showing no effort to address my dissatisfaction. This Boston Market location is a disgrace to the franchise and deserves either a closure or a complete staff overhaul. It's evident that the staff doesn't prioritize customer care. View menu

This place is the worst there are new people working there. The workers are extremely rude rude rude. Went there earlier get my grandma some food when the guy said next he ask me to what I wanted told him half dark he ask what’s the side I said give me Cesar salad and sweet potatoes, he says well for extra is a $1 I don’t want extra all I want is the salad and sweet potato he tell me it’s a $1 for sweet potatoes “I said what ge gets an attitude look it says it right there. I then said this must be new because I was here two days ago no one said anything, I told him give me the salad; he throwing the salad in the bowl. I’m over people with the Attitude I will not be going beck

I witnessed an upsetting incident at this restaurant where a lady was being harassed by the cooks. She requested hot sauce, but they told her they didn’t have any. I initially stopped paying attention, but when I heard shouting, I started listening again. It seemed to me that they treated this Hispanic woman rudely, possibly because she wasn’t white. They eventually sold her some hot sauce after demeaning her in Spanish, not realizing she understood them. When she called them out on their disrespectful remarks, they became defensive and threatened to kick her out. She asked them to go ahead, stating she would call the police. After witnessing this, I will never spend another cent in this est...

"'FRESHER IS ALWAYS BETTER! Prince Umberto Pizzeria Restaurant 721 Franklin Ave, Franklin Square, NY 11010 Today 10/26/2023, I took my Honey for lunch for the first time to Prince Umberto 's in Franklin Square, NY. We both love good home made Italian food. I read some nice reviews, checked out their menu online and saw items we both like to eat, so to not far away Franklin Square we went! It was about 2;30 pm when we got there, the pizzeria side was busy but the dinning area side was wasn 't busy at all, and that 's exactly where we wanted to go. Our waiter and server Johnathan greeted us and sat us at a nice comfortable table. I ordered something for my Honey and I to drink, nothing with alcohol, while we looked over the menu. I told Johnathan we were going to first try a few appetizers, and after that, if we were still hungry we would order something else. I asked Johnathan, please, DO NOT bring us all the food at once, as so many other restaurants seem to want to do! All that food at once just overwhelms you, plus sitting there, the food just gets cold before you get to eat it. Johnathan said, not a problem, tell me what to bring you, and I will bring it when you tell me, YES! We started off first with Littleneck Clams on the half shell, then we had whole backed clams that were just made, nice and piping hot, and so, so, delicious. Next we enjoyed a nice size pot of mussels cooked with white wine and garlic, Johnathan brought us their just baked HOT pizza dough bread with butter on the side, it was excellent especially when we were dunking the bread into the mussel juice! After that my Honey and I had to try their Trippa Napoletana, we both love tripe! This tripe with the sauce made at Prince Umbertos was so good, my Honey had to take some home! It had no potatoes, no peas, just tender cooked tripe in a delicious mild sauce, which I was also enjoying on the hot pizza dough bread too. Just delicious. Wow! While were eating, the owner, and the chef came over to us a couple of times to ask if everything was okay and to our liking, and if we needed anything else, which was very nice of them to do. We now were both pretty full, but I had to check out their dessert menu first, before we left. I spotted their Italian ice cream Tartufo, and my Honey spotted the Tiramisu. We suddenly found a little space to tackle dessert, OMG! They both were so yummy! Now as far as prices go in this day and age of high prices, this restaurant has very, very, fair prices for quality fresh food! And I might add, this is one of the very few restaurants that is not charging any extra fee for using your credit card, I hope they can continue doing that, we shall see? We shall return for sure. Their food was so good, and freshly cooked to order, just as if we were home, it was a delight to go to Prince Umberto 's in Franklin Square today! Johnathan did an excellent job taking good care of us. And if I am going write an honest review, which I am, I have one wish, we both love clams on the half shell, ice cold. The clams on the half shell we had today were really fresh, but they were room temperature and not cold at all? I wish they can serve them ice cold, the next time we come. All in all, Prince Umberto 's still gets 5 stars! One tip for all, go for lunch or early dinner, You will have plenty of space in their dining room!"
