avoid them at all costs. this place is terrible. No one will answer the phone or return their call. food orders are regularly grounded. I hope they are going out of business

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst Boston Market ever! It appears they are hiring anyone without any appreciation for customer service. This restaurant would thrive if they hired better staff.

I had a coupon which is always great.Had to wait 15min in my car because no chicken was ready. The pictures posted because the food counters were dirty as you can see. THEN when I go to eat the chicken it's burnt and dry. View menu

Stood in line for 30 minutes and not one single employee would attempt to help!!!! After 30 minutes and no service we walked out!!! Corporate desperately needs to do something about this location but Do they even care!?!?!

Chicken wasn't done enough or even good enough tasted a little sweet, I had to ask for fresher side dishes, the cashier had the same gloves on taking money handling food and touching other objects, they could be cleaner, food wasn't delicious at all...waste of 10 bucks

I want to be here for me, so I didn't order to eat, but if I were. they had no yams, and the hunch looked boiled. the service was müll for the largest part outside the one girl with the burgund bob cut, she was a sweet, the other girl with the extra long nails was rude. They are terrible. I ordered a large Turkey with mash potatoes and gravy, corn and a side of chicken noodle soup. I received a peice of cake a and a side of sweet potatoes. I called the store about this issue and the staff thought it was funny. Even when they answered the phone they were playing. A young man answered saying NEW PHONE WHO IS THIS. THAT IS TERRIBLE

Whew , what can i not say . This location has jumped off the cliff , the young fellas that work there look like they are street people , sagging and no professional clothing . Playing and running around the store , no gloves no civilization period . The food never looks appetizing, we tried to give it chance after chance but that chance is over . I don’t know who runs this location but they show they do not care at all .And to be in University Heights i am really appalled that they are still open.

I like to grab my favorite type of huh in boston, which is the redisserie. However, I was at the university hts restaurant twice in the March 2022, and both times the same manager / server was not wearing gloves while the huh served other meat portions. I kindly asked him to put his gloves on and he looked at me like I was talking outside or swearing to him. he had an immediate employment about my question! what made it even worse was that he should know a manager better by giving a better example for the public, other employees and the branch chain itself. this happened both paintings - the first time I came out and the second time I gave them a different chance with the same results. this...
