"Worst experience in 231 Broadway Bronx NY Boston market. It was 9:10 pm and as I opened the door I asked if the restaurant was open. I received no answer and hostile attitude from the person mopping. At this point I'm trying to get my order together it's been a while and I don't know what to order yet. At this point 9:15 pm same young African American lady is going to start talking over my plate of food at which at this point I yelled hey hey pls don't speak over my food. As I then went to the cashier the person attending me is once again interrupted by this rude employee that had no class, work ethics or even welcoming gestures. It made us feel targeted me and my significant other were just trying to get a meal and for the whole store not to respond when i asked is Boston Market open with three employees; smh. What I'm upset about is when I'm at the cashier my services gets interrupted again By this angry employee that's speaking about her personal belongings because we heard her speaking about it. As we left the hostile employee tells me I received my food to just leave as I am walking out Because I complained about her saying she quiet down the phones. How can u quiet down the phones and customers are calling For orderS. If you can't get employees who care about there positions then CLOSE THIS BOSTON MARKET."

Ordering via uber eats is a waste of time and your family will starve!!! Never received my food, Jose kept it!!!! They're a joke for delivery and when people aren't stealing your food they'll cancel your order without your knowledge. Pieces of Sh_t

The dining experience was excellent, and the staff knew how to treat their guests well. Angel was an exemplary employee who attended to me and my party with impressive efficiency and speed, pushing the boundaries of what we thought possible. I give it a perfect 5/5.

Stay clear of this bootlegged business. Staff are running ubber eats scams. They have a connect when you order Big family meals who pretends to pick up and the order is put back on the q for someone else to bring you the wrong order. You call they tell you it was picked up and it never shows on the ubber app it was. I called 10 times after figuring out why I waited 2 hours for food that was stollen and then sent a happy meal instead of a 70$ order. Stay away not worth it!
