Boston Market - Menu

Great, but no Apple Pay. I forgot my wallet, so had a little set back. I ordered on the website, and was able to pick up that way. I just thought it was strange that a larger company like Boston Market didn?t have Apple Pay.

What a waste of time and money ordering food from this place.The dressing was like rubber, the yams should be called yam soup. The chicken taste like it was four days old. Boston Market used to have quality food. What happen? Will never go there again!!!Place need to be torn down!!!!

The restaurant could use some improvements and updates to attract more customers. The manager was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. Although their food and staff options were limited, they maintained their positivity and provided excellent service. That’s why I would consider returning – just to show my support. View menu

I rode here from Suffolk on a Sunday, and according to their website, they close at 9 PM. I arrived at 5:20, but as I was walking in, they told me they were already closed. What a waste of my time! Based on the reviews, I suppose they saved me some money by closing early. Thanks for the heads-up, reviews. I won't be returning here.

Quality of food has gone way down over the last 10-15 years. Mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes used to taste really good....now, they barely taste as good as boxed flake spuds. No turkey meat anymore, chicken meat must be from very skinny chickens, and meatloaf is VERY overpriced. Too bad.Everything in this restaurant is way over priced for the quality.

Usually I cook thanksgiving dinner. But, I was sick this year so I was unable to. My daughter decided to order the thanksgiving meal from Boston Market, and I was pleasantly surprised. The turkey was flavorful and moist, the dressing was perfectly made aswell. All the sides pies we received were great quality, and tasted fresh. I grew up going to Boston Market and have gone there for many years for their great tasting food. In the past few years, this restaurant has declined more and more. It used to be the unprofessional staff but now the food is just awful. The past 2 times that I have gone there, the rotisserie chicken has been very dry and tasteless. They never have all of their listed sides and only have 2 options for fountain drinks. One of the drinks came from a 3 liter bottle. It’s disappointing that one of my favorite restaurants is now one that I will no longer go to.

First of all, I never leave reviews. We walked in the door, very unkept establishment, and we are greeted with someone yelling all the food they do not have. The cookers were empty, the serving warmers were 1/2 empty. The staff was quiet and unfriendly, all due to a hostile management situation. I witnessed the mgr yelling at the young lady who waited on us. I would be ashamed if I were the mgr of this store, pathetic job! Way to beat down your staff, in front of customers especially. I wouldn’t stay a day! The chicken was good, sides were ok. Service, very uncomfortable. You could tell how unhappy they were. SAD

Boston Market has really declined. I ordered two meatloaf meals, but they were out of meatloaf, so we substituted with turkey. At $12 each, we received stale dinner rolls instead of the cornbread we requested, dry turkey, bland mashed potatoes that tasted like instant, corn that wasn’t the sweet variety we ordered, and a very small cup of gravy. The packaging has changed completely, and the portion sizes are now half of what they used to be. It’s really not worth $12 for such a disappointing meal. I used to really enjoy Boston Market, and I hope they pay attention to the many other reviews expressing similar frustrations. View menu
