"We absolutely love BottleDogs! The staff are consistently among the friendliest and most laid-back people I've ever encountered. The outdoor seating is perfect, especially since dogs are not only welcome but encouraged—there are leash hooks and water bowls available, plus puppy treats on the menu! The drink selection is solid, featuring a good variety of draft options as well as plenty of bottled and canned choices (and thankfully, it’s not just 50 different pale ales!). However, the food is where this place truly stands out. Their poutines and bacon-wrapped hot dogs look phenomenal. Personally, I’ve only tried their vegan and vegetarian menu, and I was thoroughly impressed. Vegan poutine? Yes, please! They offer a great variety of plant-based dishes, most of which highlight their delicious spicy tofu. The portion sizes are generous; you definitely won’t leave hungry!"

The food here was outstanding, which was a delightful surprise considering most bars. They had a great selection of poutines and hot dogs, and it was very dog-friendly. They even provided a special menu just for dogs!

First time here, pretty quiet and the Bartender (I forget her name was very attentive and helpful when I had questions. I tried the Chicago style dog and my boo had the Canucks style dog! The homemade chips were very tasty!

This is a relaxed spot offering a great selection of beers and incredibly friendly staff. We tried the fries and Momo's, both of which were delicious. We had a fantastic evening playing pool and enjoying drinks with friends. View menu

Really cool atmosphere with an excellent beer selection and some really dialed in bar food. I enjoyed the Insane chicken wings and their signature burger with poutine and both choices were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and plan a visit here if you're interested in great beer.

I always go to Woodys but wanted to try somewhere new for wings. I chose the Spicy BBQ and let me tell you I could only eat one. They need to warn you that it?s not ?spicy?, it?s the pits of hell dragon fire hot!! Another disclaimer is the ?Fried?ravioli, is literally fried/boiled unseasoned Ravioli. It?s not breaded like you would think. So that was not good.

Where Bottledog Bites Brews truly stands out is in its food. The poutines and bacon-wrapped hot dogs are visually stunning. I sampled the vegan and vegetarian options and was genuinely impressed. Vegan poutine? Absolutely! They also feature a great selection of plant-based dishes, especially their tasty spicy tofu. The portions are generous, ensuring you’ll leave satisfied! View menu

I usually go to Woody's, but I wanted to try something new for wings. I opted for the spicy BBQ flavor, and I have to admit, just one was almost too much! They should really warn you because it's not just mildly spicy; it's incredibly hot! Another thing to note is the fried ravioli—it’s literally just fried but lacks any seasoning. It’s not baked like you might expect. That was a disappointment.

I absolutely love this restaurant! We ordered takeout and tried the spicy tofu wrap and the spicy tofu sandwich. Both dishes were well-prepared and delicious. The vegan ranch was particularly fantastic. I really appreciated the variety of vegan options available. The service was attentive and excellent. One suggestion I have is to consider using more eco-friendly takeout containers. We will definitely be ordering again!

"I love to support local caffes and hopefully find new ones to add my favorite list. we live in durham and have a full of excellent coffee shops with locally roasted beans. when we found ourselves shopping in Morrisville/Cary furniture yesterday, I searched google and found meeple’s close by with excellent reviews. I didn't know this was the board game coffee shop I heard from until I got in. I think that explains the high ratings and popularity, not necessarily the coffee. I admit, the board game spectacle is pretty cool. the reason I give this 2 stars is because 1 the coffee is waaaaay more expensive than any other coffee shop in the triangle; 2 the espresso roast is a bit burned tasting like dieucks, but not terrible; and 3 the service is incredibly slow. I ordered an ice-cold latte with milk. this drink cost me $7 before the drink. for a 16 ounce drink! at the day before I had $6 for the best tasting hafermilch mocha I had in a local coffee shop and it was a 24 oz drink (new world caffe in raleigh.) so the quality doesn’t add to the extravagant cost of espresso drinks at meeple’s when compared to the dozens of other local coffee shops we have visited the these are airport prices! the drink was decent, not the best lavendel latte I had (cloche coffee in durham deserved this title in front of location, the well coffee shop in boston deserves the highest honor), so I admit it for the greatest part, but it was not worth the price tag. the brat wasn't my favorite. it had a bit of a burning taste like dieucks is famous. because I had a lavender latte, it was more subtle, but I could still say that it was roasted in the aftertaste. my man tasted it and was not a fan of espressos, although his favorite drink is a lavender. he only took one and said that was enough. Maybe we're just coffee-snobs, because we're the type that pays $25/lb for 100% cona coffee beans and they're regularly sent to us. I expect the price to be the same as the quality. the service was also very slow. it took 10 minutes to go my icy latte. during this time the girl made only 1 latte and a cup of tea for a few dining rooms. other coffee shops would have scrubbed 10 cups in the same time. the place was busy playing with people games, but don't order coffee drinks. only 2 other customers came in the 10 minutes I waited, and they got their coffee pretty fast as they were cold roast coffees that did not need the espresso machine. so it was not as if they were so busy or with orders secured. there was literally only one in front of me to make one of these objects only a cup of tea that does not require much effort. they had 3 employees, but apparently only this one girl could drink an espresso while the others were busy. the concept is unique and interesting, but I will not return. the price marking did not justify the quality or the lack of this of the small one. I think what they really pay is the experience, not the product."
