"We stopped by this place for dinner after a day of hiking at the nearby state park. My experience was horrible. Employees are confused. If you prefer a Storm's special they will automatically assume you ordered the no cheese version even though they showed the special with cheese in the picture. Our fries were cold and gross. They insisted on taking the fries back to the kitchen which we have already handled. Which to me seems pretty disgusting, if not a possible health code violation. Burgers weren't even good. Patties were thin and dry. I do not recommend this place. You are better off going somewhere else. Employees don't care if you do."

"An incredible revival of the original restaurant! They maintained most of the classic recipes while enhancing a few. The revamped schnitzels feature a delightful new crunchy coating and are incredibly tender. The atmosphere has been modernized slightly, yet some of the traditional German decor has been preserved. The place felt very clean. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, answering many of our questions about both the menu and the restaurant's history. All the desserts are still homemade. My favorite highlight was the Rahm gravy; they say it's the same recipe, and it truly is fantastic!"

"On July 1, 2022, at 6:35 PM, we visited this restaurant for the first and last time. While the service was fine and the place was cute with a great view, the food was disappointing. The chips and salsa were decent, but the rest of the meal lacked flavor. I couldn't believe that something as simple as guacamole had no taste at all. The refried beans seemed like they came straight from a can and had no effort put into improving their flavor. Additionally, it's frustrating that they only accept cash. Overall, it wasn't a great experience."

"The woman at the counter dismissed me and said, “Well, have a good day.” I was taken aback by the way I was treated and expressed my disbelief at her rudeness. To my shock, she responded by telling me Jesus loves me and to have a good day. I couldn’t believe she had the audacity to talk about Jesus after treating me so poorly. I made the decision then and there that I would never return to that establishment. To make matters worse, the employees later claimed I entered at 2:06, which is a blatant lie. They don’t seem to care about customer service and will lie right to your face, all while suggesting that Jesus loves you. If someone writes an honest review, they will come online and spew falsehoods about that person. I wonder how Jesus feels about them lying and treating customers so poorly. It's frustrating to think that wanting decent customer service is viewed as entitlement, especially when there’s video evidence proving they are dishonest. I cannot tolerate liars or poor service, and unfortunately, this place embodies both while misusing the name of Jesus. Given the reviews of others who have had similar experiences, I suspect many more people will share my sentiments."

"The Fagioli soup taste like beans pretty much, a bit watered down unfortunately. I don’t recommend the soups. With the price at $7.99 I expected better quality for the price. Possibly cheese or anything to help with the lack of flavor would be nice. I recommend more vegetables, the correct noodles, it’s supposed to be a tomato based soup, should not taste 80% like bean. Hoping today was an off day. Sadly, this is my first experience. (Bread had little to no flavor salt, just saying, butter and salt is all that’s needed) Just ate the Alfredo so I’ll say that it’s much to oily, the sauce taste like milk, not a savory parmesan cheese taste like you’d expect. I like cream, but it should not taste like milk. Chicken was not bad, it was just “Ok”. It’s a couple min or so over cooked, on the dryer side, good “initial” flavor; needing more of the seasoning just a little under seasoned, but had the best “flavor” just needed more, and timing needs adjusted. I’d rather wait and eat a correctly cooked pice of juicy chicken than get it a few min quicker and not want to eat it: Hoping it’s just a new cook tonight, will try again in the future hoping to update this review. Will get the same items."
