Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

I stopped my daughter and got a double tap cone. It was huge! Also delicious and it costs only $2.40 better than McDonald's.

Well its braums. Good food. This particular store is quick, and not sloppy at all. Your food comes packed neatly and does not have fingerprints or smashed burgers. Great service.

We don’t have Braum’s out East so I don’t get to go very often; first time here in Monett. Food was good, but slow. I think the poor manager was the only one on duty so I give him a break for the slow service on Sunday. View menu

First time visit. Oddly, we didn't go there for ice cream. We had burger baskets. French fries were excellent. Burgers were a little over cooked, at least by our standards. They tasted pretty good, but were a little chewy.

Braum's has best doggone selection on ice cream hands down , your taste buds will do back flips for more of that delicious ice cream varieties, and folks their food menus is fantastic too. If you need groceries to take home they got them too.

Ok, this is all about the evening and night shift people? walked in at 3:30, stood in line till 3:50, we were the only ones who were in line! Waited 10 minutes before my order was taken. Then, I waited another 10 minutes for my shake. When I received it was milk. Then when I showed the employee I was told it would be awhile for my shake could be fix. Cause she had all these others to make. I've already waited longer than all these other customers. Needless to say I won't be back

Been to other locations, but this one is a nope never again for me. Ordered a double quarter jalapeño special, burger was delicious as usual. Fries were cold and pictured are my 2 treat shakes. Both were about 3/4 full same exact shakes, told himthat they weren't full and he gave a high school reason about chemistry. My meal was over 17 dollars and 2 shakes that couldhave almost made one. Should have corrected the issue but didn't. I'm not going to argue with the help, So I will just leavethem a bad review instead. Braums has amazing food, just will not revisit this location again.

Worst Braum?s I?d ever been to! They hardly clean there windows, every time I go the tables are not wiped down. Most of the employees are rude. I went to the drive thru to order for my self and co workers they told me I couldn?t order more then 2orders in the drive through after spending 15 minutes in line. I then went inside and they were rude I was missing an order &they didn?t want to work on giving me a refund I was missing dipping sauce for all 80% of my orders which were #7?s WORST BRAUMSI HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
