"Wow, this place is truly a gem. The food was fresh and juicy. The Almond brussel sprouts were amazing. I ordered the mixed plate and was happy with all three meats. Everything was flavored to perfection and I can't wait to eat here again when I'm in Santa Monica. This is a must stop for anyone wanting to eat Mediterranean food. The service was also great and attentive."

"Firstly, I have to commend the staff here for their incredible work ethic; they are among the hardest workers I've ever encountered. Every single employee is attentive and ensures you’re well taken care of from the moment you arrive until you leave. The food is outstanding—we’ve tried almost everything on the menu—and we make the trip from Santa Monica at least once or twice a week because of the exceptional service and delicious meals. It’s worth noting that they are always busy, especially with takeout orders. This is a testament to how they treat each customer as special, and it's something that everyone can feel."

"I was looking for an elegant yet warm and inviting ambience to take a very dear “foodie” friend for her birthday lunch. I was not aware of the restaurant on San Vicente in Brentwood but it looked great on the website… it did not disappoint! Baltaire had it all. Service was impeccable (thank you, Perry and other staff), and it was the best meal I’ve had at a restaurant in a several years. Menu is varied and interesting with something for every palate and diet. Tables are nicely spaced and the garden patio is lovely. Valet parking makes one’s arrival easy. Highly recommended for any special occasion or when you’re just in the mood to treat yourself."

"I visited the restaurant on Sunday, April 7th and the highlight of my short visit was the hostess. I was seated immediately, but realized my reservation for an indoor table was a mistake due to the noise level. The hostess kindly accommodated my request to move outside where it was quieter. My guest was running late due to traffic, so I ordered a glass of Domaine Cala Rose' wine. After waiting for eight minutes, the server brought me a Sparkling Rose' instead. When I pointed out the mistake, she quickly replaced it with the correct selection. I then ordered the Salmon eggs Benedict, but was served ham Benedict instead. When I asked the server about the mistake, she took the plate back to correct it. Despite the hostess' efforts to rectify the situation, I decided to leave as I was unimpressed by the service. As someone who managed two restaurants in Hollywood, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed."
