horrible customer service and the added more to my bill after I received my bill the lady would not refund my money and the cook tried to fight me in the lobby these people are scam artist and should be shut down

Although they seemed to care, but really didn't. We had three hairs in our food and no one said anything or even apologized. Can't respond but we didn't get a free meal! Lol unless it was for the baby. I can post the bill. Yes I did say it wasn't a big deal because I hate making a scene.

Meat was often over cooked. I asked for medium rare (mal passado) and still got well done. The grilled pineapple didn’t have the awesome crust like Tucano’s. Salad bar was decent.
