"Holy smells! I'd go back just for that. You can tell the instant you walk in just how fresh their bread is. I've actually never been into this location, but I was on bread duty for dinner and as I was driving through Whitefish Bay, I realized this location was here. I popped in and was greeted by a friendly, mask wearing employee. He quickly checked me out for the sesame seed French baguette I requested. Since I knew what I needed, I was in and out, but certaiblh eager to return. They offer a really large selection of bread loafs, plus things like biscottis, burger buns, pizza dough, dessert breads, and more. Oh and little jarred items including fresh jam and spreads. Our baguette was delicious a nice crunch on the outside, and a soft middle. They did not disappoint!"

The service here is absolutely outstanding. The rotating breads/specialties rock. Apple pie bread, spinach feta and the honey raisin pecan bread are a few of my favs. Almost forgot the choco chip cookies still warm are amaze-balls too.

The food at this restaurant is good, but as someone whose spouse worked there, I would advise against eating there. The kitchen has some serious cleanliness issues, with flies buzzing around everywhere, affecting both cooked and uncooked meals.

Very delicious bread, muffins, desert loaves, and might I include BEAR CLAWS!!!! The best thing there besides there sourdough bread witch is great for toast! The people there are very nice and I’ve been hoping there for YEARS and I thought I would put a review up FINALY because today when I was short $0.05 the lady kindly said “oOOo I got you sweet heart!” MY HEART MELTED! What happened out there? I'm glad you asked. It was 10:20 on a Saturday when I ordered the cherry-brown. The staff responded, “I’m sorry, they’re not ready.” I could tell they were busy cutting them into sections. Because someone couldn't do their job properly after being open for two hours, the owner missed out on a sale. Great teamwork! Can you imagine having such a lack of professionalism representing your business on a busy day?

We love Breadsmith!!!! Not only do they have the best bread, but they are so friendly to the Whitefish Bay community and school children they visit daily for delicious samples. We are so happy to have access to such delicious bread, I have a difficult time to buy bread from any other source. You also have the best email registration! I read them and love the coupons. They are not like other retailers who send emails daily, they send a month and it is worth it! Also love the birthday email. Thanks BREADSMITH!
