"From screaming children, lack of seating, extremely long wait time, and burnt food. Would not recommend coming here, would instead recommend going to Dominoes right down the road and buying the $8 pasta bowls that would be higher quality. All the dishes are at least $17 dollars!!! The people near us got burgers and they only got their food when we got our bill. Paying nearly $80 for two people for sub par food? No thank you. We don’t blame our waiter, she was trying her best. There were two waitresses for a nearly full restaurant of hangry people. Management needs to help out, kitchen needs more staff, and food needs to be less burned. "This restaurant has been around for decades, even before I was born in the 60s. The ice they use is always fresh and they offer a good variety of options. The employees are great, mostly college students, and they are always friendly and helpful. They have unique pointed glasses for serving and I encourage people to leave tips for them. The homemade ice is delicious and you can definitely taste the difference compared to other places. In the summer, make sure to try their peach ice made with local peaches, it's really good. There used to be a place in Hollis called Loches that had the best peach ice in the world, unfortunately, they closed around 30 years ago. They were the only competition for this place. If you're lucky on a hot day, they have huge umbrellas that provide great shade, but you have to get there early to secure a spot under them."

"My fiancée and I grabbed a salad to go. We both ordered the grilled chicken. To be honest, it was just okay. The salad was mostly comprised of plain greens, and while the chicken was decent, there wasn't a lot of it. The house dressing was quite bland and overly oily, lacking a good vinegar taste. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly. I would consider returning if there weren’t any better options around, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here."

"Natural Foods Chef Karen is an incredible cook. She and her team offer delicious homemade soups, nutrient dense meals, healing smoothies and much more. I love the brussel sprouts and curried sweet potato soup (always my favorite! . My Paleo friends appreciate that they work with all dietary requests. Everything is fresh with the finest quality organic and all natural ingredients. They use meat that is grass-fed and hormone free. They offer a variety of gluten free, vegetarian vegan options. You can eat there or take it to go. One of my favorites is the “immune boosting” soup! All staff are so helpful, knowledgeable about what they offer their customers. It's one of those places that makes you feel good to go to, inside and out. The food is always fresh and delicious! I believe the love that Chef Karen imparts gets transmitted into all that she creates. Pure ingredients, love and creativity are what I think make all the difference. I feel very grateful to have such great food here in Groton, MA. Thanks for always making me feel warm and welcome. Do something nice for yourself today and visit the Café at Groton Wellness. "Ordered food online. Went to pick it up and then the cashier says “we don’t have an order for you” and asks me to step aside. I drive all the way back home to get my Fiancées phone to get proof the purchase went through. Took the phone and went back with the bank statement showing the transaction and then she says “do you have an email receipt?” And I couldn’t believe the service I was getting. It’s one thing for systems to mess up but for them to try to make it better but instead they shifted blame and didn’t even ask what I got or offered to even make it. I was asked to step aside again. It’s 2024 there’s a million other mid pizza places I can go. My review is not about the food. The food is fine. The service I got about this issue was the problem. They didn’t even try to fix it. The cashier pretty much cold shouldered me and said “good luck” Do better, Pizza Pizzaz"
