Decent restaurant but it does not have a menu. Probably why it wasn't crowded on a Friday night. I get the appeal to build your own meals but some people like to just walk in a restaurant for the first time and order a meal. No need to reinvent the wheel!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and there were plenty of healthy options to choose from. I order from BBSSS all the time. Tonight the driver didn't buzz me and literally left my bag on the sidewalk. I tipped 20%. He didn't even buzz me. And he forgot my drink. Didn't even apologize ! Then I open my salad and the bowl is half full. Like 5 leaves of lettuce. I called and the GM Billi was very apologetic. Offered to drive me new food over. It's too late. She offered to credit me the meal. Just very very disappointed !Makes me not want to order from them anymore. Food was ok. It's like their quality has really gone downhill.

Brown Bag, as a concept, is 10/10 incredible.
