"Wow, awesome and dang! Best sushi and server ever! I got my husband to try the “Fresh Rolls “ that were delicious. That’s completely out of his comfort zone and he wanted seconds. He doesn’t do sushi but almost talked him into several rolls but I picked the Jackie Chan- add cream cheese and thank me later when they name it the Jennifer Anderson! Sake was on tap and will be back ASAP!!"

"This review is from my 9 yr old granddaughter Ashlynn, which is extremely from where and what she eats... I had garlic knots for my appetizer and then had pesto, oil and bread and had a cheese pizza and it was amazing. I thought I would die, I loved it so much and I even wanted to leave my money for the school for a tip, but my Mimi refused and the waitress was very good for us and she talked to me. I told her how much I enjoyed it, even if I thought I wouldn't like it. So, kids try it before you like it because you might like it. That was my day to try new things that thank you love, Ashlynnn Tarlton"

"My family and I had lunch at Dickey's in Albemarle yesterday after a road trip to honor my great-grandmother's grave. We were quite hungry and excited to check out the menu. I have to say, we found a place that truly knows how to do barbecue. The pulled pork was served at the perfect temperature and was incredibly tender, paired with a delicious sweet BBQ sauce that I highly recommend. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were also quite tasty. However, I do wish they had a few healthier side options for those of us who are watching our weight, but the sides we tried were still enjoyable. I have to say the Texas toast didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of flavor, even though it was toasted well. If we find ourselves back in Albemarle, we'll definitely be returning!"

"I was unexpectedly in the area, and found this place what a charming spot! The atmosphere was relaxed but sophisticated, the staff friendly and attentive without being overly so. The fettuccine was fabulous, and the beef brisket was mouthwatering. The food? A M A Z I N G...this great little place that would be crazy ruined if it was situated in Charlotte proper....a hidden gem that I will purposefully drive an hour for....and have recommended to all my friends. Will be back!"

"The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and helpful. I placed a large order, and they went above and beyond to assist me in getting my food to the car. Everything I ordered was correct—no mayo or any extra items I didn’t want. They even asked if I wanted any sauces, which is a nice change from other places where you have to beg for it! I didn’t have to wait long for my food, and the quality exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is that I couldn’t get home fast enough to enjoy it! They have an amazing team; if I owned a business, I would do everything I could to keep them. Other restaurants could learn a lot from this place."
