"The food is super delicious (5 stars and we would like to go back. However, we had a bad experience for the first time. We said it would be a 30-minute waiting period that was good, they took our names (it was just us two and we were ready to wait, but then almost an hour later nobody had called our name, so we went in to ask. They told us they weren't sitting people anymore, were they?? So we hadn't waited for anything, and no one bothered to get out and inform us about this message. So we asked them why they took our names first and let us wait so long, just to turn us away. They argued that the kitchen really needed a break.... At this point we were quite upset and right. Especially because we drove over the pass to eat here. Luckily another server (corresponds to the supervisor/manager? overheard the conversation and she was nice enough to find out and put it to us. I am all for the support of local businesses, and I notice that there is a lack of personnel (I am 1 of 2 people in my entire department at my own workplace, so I know everything about it, but not all sketching and making excuses to turn away people AFTER 've took their names and let them wait so long. That's not a good business ethics. I hope it was just one thing. Because we loved their other food street food since they opened first, and we hope to go to butter a few more times before we move away."
