"I love this place and have NEVER had an issue until today. I always get the same 3 or 4 drinks and have never had an issue with them being made correctly. Today, I got a drink that wasn 't even mixed together...it was always shaken when I got it before. I asked to have it remade because it did not taste right, and the lady working was rude about it. I 'm sorry, but if I 'm paying over $5 for a drink, I want to enjoy it. She gave an attitude and said she made it how it was listed and 'I don 't know how you want me to fix it ' I told her what it needed more of and stated it was supposed to be light ice as well...I again was met with attitude saying 'well that wasn 't on there ' when I did tell the cashier I wanted light ice. She remade it again without shaking it, and she said she didn 't have anything to mix it with. It still did not taste good, but I was annoyed, so I just left. If she 's not sure how to make drinks, she should be trained more. And if I do go in again and that lady is working, you bet I won 't be ordering."
