"The food was awful. I took a bite of my chicken fries and had to spit them out because they were cold, burnt, and tough. My family's burgers were poorly assembled and soggy. When I informed the staff that we didn't need a drink carrier, she was rude and insisted that she couldn’t give us our drinks without one. Now I understand why their parking lot was empty on a Friday night while other restaurants were bustling."

We had a fantastic experience at Burger Royal recently. The restaurant was clean, and the service was outstanding; Hepper never disappoints! Unlike many Burger Kings that can be somewhat chaotic, this location was tidy and well-organized.
