"Firstly, I must say that the friendly service at this restaurant should not be acceptable! If I could, I would give them zero stars. The employee working the drive-thru had no customer service skills at all. He was very rude and lazy, dismissing my requests for no pickles on my sandwich multiple times. Despite me clearly stating my preference, I received my order only to find that it was incorrect and had pickles on it, despite not supposed to have any. When I returned to the restaurant to speak to a manager, the employee laughed and made jokes about my complaint. After waiting for 25 minutes, the manager finally came out and apologized for the mistake, but did not seem very concerned. The employee who delivered my food continued to be disrespectful, making a sarcastic comment as he handed me my replacement order. In conclusion, the employee should be let go and trained on how to treat paying customers properly. While the manager did rectify the situation by replacing the food, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone due to the poor attitude of the employees and their disregard for customer requests. It is important for a restaurant to take customer preferences seriously, especially when it comes to potential food allergies that could result in a trip to the hospital."

Whopper Jr. was put together very sloppy. Very disappointing.The other Burger Kings in neighboring towns are much better.

1 star is to good for this place. If you want to get cursed out and not given your food then go. If you want burger king then drive 15 miles to another one at least you'll get your food.

I came through the drive-through at lunchtime with only a few minutes to get lunch and I had great service. Even though I waited a minute and a 1/2 for my fish sandwich it was excellently prepared, the food was hot and the service was great.

I ordered the hopper ugly melt sandwich, but it was cold and the bread was not toasted. I also ordered other items that were supposed to be hot, but they were not. Even the cheese on the sandwich was not melted. I was very disappointed with my experience. View menu

However, they may need to invest in new order phones or update the employees' headsets, as it seems they have difficulty hearing orders accurately. It could be due to the branch being too loud or the employees trying to multitask, resulting in them not giving customers their full attention when taking their orders.

great service, fast and efficient all around. they only need a new author or to update the headsets of the employee, because they can never hear that every job it seems, even if they do not hear in the window or pay 100% attention to the order they take at this moment. Maybe try too loud in the load or in the employees too many tasks at once to do and not give the customers their full attention while taking their orders.
