"I recently visited Burger King and had a disappointing experience. We waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only one car ahead of us, and it was frustrating to see seven employees standing around doing nothing. Their service was incredibly slow and they struggled to understand our requests. We were surprised that our order was accurate, although the fries were only half full. In my previous five visits, they have consistently messed up our orders, and it seems like having a simple menu should make things easier. Overall, I'm shocked by the incompetence at this location."

Stopped in for a bit to eat and service was good without waiting in line. I spent about 10 bucks on food and another 15 minutes eating in .. The location was superb and my dinning room was clean as a whistle.

Ordered food through the app at 11:40 P.M. and arrived at the drive thru at 11:50 P.M., just for no one to answer the drive thru speaker with no signs or warnings of an early closing. We could see the workers inside closing while we waited in line with noresponse to the speaker or car horn. This is the second time this has happened. Very disappointed in the laziness of thislocation.

The menu listed the Whopper for $3.79 under the dollar deals, but I was charged $4.00 before tax. When I inquired about it, I was told that the manager said prices had changed that day. Unfortunately, I was not given a refund. I tried to call the number on the receipt to speak with management, but the automated system hung up on me. There's no way to resolve this issue...the customer service is terrible.

I’m not sure why I keep coming back here, as there always seems to be an issue with the food. I ordered an Oreo shake today, and it felt like they diluted it to stretch it further. It wasn’t just melted; it was watered down, and all the Oreo bits sank to the bottom. The prices have also increased significantly. Plus, the staff doesn't really give off a good vibe. I can’t recommend this place until they refresh the staff again in another 4-7 months. View menu
