Waited 4 hrs for an employee to wash my hands, no one came. What the heck is the employees must wash hands sign for then?

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, but today was frustrating. This morning, I was charged six dollars for a small coffee and a sausage biscuit. The employee rushed away from the window before I had a chance to ask for a receipt. Additionally, the biscuit was hard and, for some reason, had cheese on it. Please improve your service, or I may have to take my business someplace else.

I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere also a 3. I highly recommend trying the French Toast Sticks, Original Chicken Sandwich, Chocolate Fudge Sundae, Onion Rings, French Fries, Bacon King Sandwich, Rodeo Burger, Mozzarella Sticks, Caramel Sundae, and Chicken Nuggets.
