"I waited 37 minutes for two hamburgers, two medium fries, a milkshake, a drink, and a chicken sandwich, all ordered inside the restaurant. During that time, they managed to serve over 16 drive-thru orders, not to mention the other customers who came in and ordered as well. I ordered fresh food, and as someone who's been a waitress for over 30 years, I can confidently say I have NEVER waited that long for a fresh order! It's incredibly frustrating. The manager did give us a coupon for one chicken sandwich of our choice, but honestly, she should have comped our entire meal for making us wait such an unreasonable 37 minutes. There was no good reason for it to take that long, especially with so few customers in the restaurant."

The restaurant didn't have any iced tea or ketchup available, and they didn't refill our drinks. There was only one employee working, which made the service slow. The cleanliness of the place was also lacking. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 2 out of 5, and the atmosphere was similarly unimpressive. For lunch, we spent around $20-$30 per person.
