"On July 20 at 4:30 PM, I don’t want to come across as overly demanding, but the service I encountered at the drive-thru was quite disappointing. When I arrived at the window, the employee was on her cell phone, speaking very loudly and in a seemingly personal conversation, which was quite distracting. This marks the fourth or fifth time I’ve visited this location and received an incorrect order, whether it was missing items or sauces. I understand these issues may seem minor, but I don't want to waste my money here if I'm not going to get my complete order."

I ordered a fish sandwich, and just by looking at it, you’d think there was a severe shortage of tartar sauce and lettuce. My partner got a crispy chicken sandwich, and it had the same issue with the mayonnaise.

This is the best Burger King I’ve ever been. They work fast, food is hot. Fries are fresh. Their take out packaging is good. Drink machine is good. Seats are clean. For the first time Burger King employee came and asked is everything ok I felt like I was in Chick-fil-A. Thanks for the service.
