"I went to the pub for some food, a drink, and to enjoy the live band. However, I was denied entry because I had my service dog with me. Although the sign outside says that all dogs are welcome, I was told that this only applies during the daytime. This doesn’t make any sense and feels both discriminatory and illegal. My service dog is trained to perform multiple tasks to assist me with my disabilities. It has been a while since I visited my favorite Irish pub, and now I feel judged and discriminated against. I was outright refused indoor access, which I believe is against the ADA regulations. This situation really bothers me because I’ve always loved this pub, and now I’m left feeling upset and disheartened, and I really don’t want to return."

Stopped in on Saturday the day before St Patrick’s Day. Service was great for how busy it was. Thank you James and TC. The corned beef and cabbage was good. Great soda bread. The Siracha lime chicken was good too. The crab and corn chowder was great!

Delicious! I had the fish and chips, and understand the appellation as Frederick 's best. My wife had the shepherd 's pie, served in a bread bowl, and it tasted amazing; the bread was fluffy inside while the outside was perfectly crisped. Generous portion sizes for both of us made it hard to finish our meals.

Frank and Amber mix amazing martinis, and they, along with nearly all the other staff, create a welcoming and homely atmosphere. They also handle any rude or difficult customers with grace. I truly love this place, the food, and their commitment to supporting our community. To reiterate: the corned beef here is the best in town! Plus, they are very accommodating and helpful regarding my gluten allergy. View menu

This review is long overdue and although they were very crowded, we decided to stop into Bushwaller's during the Fire in Ice festival after seeing a post about this drink, the Old Man Winter! It was sooooo good!!! BUT, even better was the service that we got from McKinley (sp? and Amber. Despite the wait for tables and service, these two were HUSTLING to meet all of their customers needs making our experience extremely satisfying!! We have been back since with exemplary service but this day still stands out!!

Tonight was our first visit to Bushwaller's and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the service was as 5 star as the food!Kat made us feel welcome right away, which is so critical to a great visit.Carter made me a fantastic pomegranate ginger beer that satisfied my craving for a fun drink, while still being able to drive home safely. We would love to see this place create an entire mocktail menu that satisfies the growing demand for fancy, non-alcoholic drinks. Carter would be an excellent resource to accomplish this!Either way, we'll be back! Thank you!

"Every Wednesday and Thursday there is a great deal at the bar their burger, fries, and a beer for 20 dollars, so obviously I had to go. A steal! FYI only one beer is served for the deal. It 's Hank from Olde Mother Brewing Co. which was a 16oz light lager. All three of us loved the burger which was huge: two patties, thick cut bacon, pickles, onions, cheddar cheese, and a burger sauce, yum yum yum! The fries have old bay seasoning, and ya know... Maryland, amiright? They were served with ketchup and the burger sauce. The two people who came with me didn 't care for the beer, but that 's only because they aren 't beer people. I slurped mine up (and my partner 's and thought it was perfect with the burger. We also ordered new seasonal dessert items, which were pecan pie with maple ice cream and pumpkin cheesecake with grape sorbet. We couldn 't resist! The bartender and a waitress were raving about the pecan pie, and yes, it was really delicious. I loved the maple ice cream. I had the pumpkin cheesecake which was so soft and delicate. I 'm not a huge Concord grape fan but I ate all of the sorbet like a dehydrated person who was stranded on an island. It was very refreshing and cut through the fattiness of the cheesecake perfectly. The waiter was very nice and attentive! The bar was very clean and poppin ' and had people either taking advantage of the burger deal or eating other things from the menu. It did get loud at some points, which is expected because it was the bar, however(! there were no obnoxious drunk people killing the vibe. PS: I unfortunately didn 't take any photos this time. Sorry!"
