"I found this bakery by coincidence after leaving another restaurant, with a craving for something sweet. To my surprise, I discovered this little treasure as I turned the corner. It’s a cozy spot with outdoor seating, perfect for nice weather. The interior may be small, but it’s very charming. I ordered a slice of pumpkin pie and a hot chocolate, and I absolutely enjoyed it! The only downside was that the hot chocolate could have been warmer—it was lukewarm—but it was still delicious."

The empanada was amazing, and my roommate thought the chai was pretty good.

All of my choices were fresh and flavorful, particularly the Quiche Du Jour served with a salad.

I absolutely love this place! Honestly, it serves the best latte I've ever had, and the croissants are fantastic. The ambiance is delightful, and they even offer great treats for dogs. It's a perfect 10 out of 10—definitely my favorite bakery! View menu

I visit Bushwick Bakery for their house-made egg and cheese croissant—generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and expertly crafted. Their other pastries are also delicious. The outdoor porch seating is a great perk if you have time to relax!

The food at this restaurant is amazing! I have a quick tip to share: it's best to place your sandwich orders online for pick-up, or be prepared to wait. I've visited multiple times, and they consistently take about 15-20 minutes to prepare even the simplest sandwiches, no matter how busy they are.

All the breakfast dishes were delightful, including the avocado toast, tomato and mozzarella sandwich, and the ham and cheese croissant, all served with excellent coffee. The seating on the wraparound porch is wonderful, situated at the corner of two tranquil streets, adding to the pleasant ambiance. View menu

Fantastic cozy spot offering great prices and some of the freshest pastries and breakfast sandwiches around. I tried the egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich, and it was perfectly seasoned—something you don’t come across often. The croissant was buttery and flaky, and their pastries are consistently fresh and delicious.

The sandwiches and iced tea here are absolutely delicious! I really love coming on Sundays. However, there is a compressor outside that can be quite noisy, so it might be worth looking into some soundproofing. Also, when dining outside, it can be a bit unclear when your order is ready. Despite these minor issues, everything else is fantastic. I always look forward to my visits!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
