I can honestly say they serve the best omelette I've ever tasted. It's truly unmatched, and I'm so lucky to have it just 5 minutes away! The prices are unbeatable, and the customer service is exceptional.

This is a just a small diner in Helendale. Nothing really special or fancy about the place, but the food and service was very good. Very friendly environment. The service was fast and they kept topping off my coffee. View menu

Probably the most pathetic joke of an establishment. The cook is rude and disrespectful. Asked for a small alteration on a sandwich and get yelled at for not ordering directly off the menu. You won't see another dollar from me. We would order breakfast from you almost every other weekend. Not anymore. Don't waste your time with this place just drive to Victorville.

We've been ordering food from C&C since they opened. I usually order breakfast, but decided to try lunch. They have a grilled chicken sandwich on their menu, but I asked to have it plain and then add cheese and bacon (all things on their menu) my son went in to pick it up and was told to tell me to never order a sandwich like again, and this was the only time they'd make something that wasn't on their menu. Then to top it off, after the rude service, I got home and the Sandwich was made wrong.

Someone drive a car into Molly's so we went to COUNTRY Cafe . It's not quite Mollys but it's close. The food was pretty good and they have the best prices I've seen in ages. The help was a little hapless but they're kids learning the job so no harm no foul. The portions are not huge which is good because I can never eat those giant troughs of food. Couldn't quite finish but that is the point. Waste is a sin and Hell is full of ingrates .The place was clean, the crows was genial and Farmer Bros coffee always good. Helendale is a lovely little town with a lake. That's great un the high dessert. We'll be back.Parking: Adequate View menu

This place is a hidden gem! I was staying nearby back in mid-September and ate at least one meal (some days two) there almost every day. Being from SC, I 'd classify this delicious, mouth-watering food as Southern cuisine with a Latin flavor, like one finds in Charleston or Savannah. I tried half the menu, breakfast and lunch, and all of the sandwiches and dishes were superb. Chip usually took my order and he certainly is a people person. He was so engaging and friendly and always served with a smile! Carlos is a fantastic, creative chef! I like to classify restaurants by the mileage out of the way that I would drive to eat a meal there. Without a doubt, C&C Kountry Cafe is my first 100 mile...

On a brighter note, the bacon was decent—better quality than you might expect from a restaurant. It was a bit overcooked for my liking, but still enjoyable. The diced potatoes were actually quite good. They were evenly cooked without any burnt edges, though I should mention that what they call "diced" potatoes are actually sliced. Personally, I prefer them this way to avoid the hash brown style. Adding hot sauce made them even tastier. The orange juice was good as well, but the whole experience was marred by the gravy fiasco.
