Caba Authentic Argentine Empanadas

I went here for dessert and tried everything on the menu—they were all fantastic! I'm really looking forward to coming back for lunch.

First visit, and I was blown away! Everything was simply perfect—fresh and delicious. I would give it 10 stars! Gordon Ramsay would love this place!

CABA is a fantastic little place! The staff is friendly, the dining area is charming, and the empanadas are absolutely delicious. They consistently offer great vegetarian options; I’ve tried the Vegan, Spinach, and Caprese empanadas, and all of them were delightful. Their pastries are also heavenly.

I was searching for a new spot to visit while running errands in town, and I'm thrilled to say that this place is fantastic. I tried the bacon, goat cheese, and date empanada, along with the Portuguese chicken and a dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant for bringing much-needed diversity to the area!

The empanadas here are outstanding! The interior is classy, clean, and straightforward, and the owners are friendly and accommodating. This restaurant is a fantastic spot located in downtown Medford. They serve authentic Argentine empanadas that are incredibly tasty. During my visit, all the staff were from Chile, which added to the experience. The empanadas are priced at $4.75 each, and you'll likely need about three to feel full. You can choose from a variety of fillings, including meat, cheese, vegetables, or vegan options, all wrapped in a wheat shell and baked to perfection. Although it takes about 12 to 20 minutes to prepare, the wait is definitely worth it! For vegetarians, the vegan empanadas and the cheese and spinach options are both delicious and expertly made.

The night before my flight from MFR, I was on a spontaneous quest for food and stumbled upon CABA Empanadas. We decided to stop in, and I'm so glad we did! The shop is adorable, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. We tried a variety of empanadas: vegan, ground beef, malbec beef, and Portuguese chicken, and they were all outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and offered great suggestions. The chocoflan caught my eye and tasted even better than it looked—rich, creamy, and moist. The chimichurri sauce was a delightful accompaniment, bursting with fresh herbal flavors and a hint of vinegar. I wish this gem were in my hometown!

I finally had the opportunity to visit this restaurant after being a loyal customer of their food truck at the farmers market. The empanadas were just as delicious as I remembered. I tried the caprese and spinach cheese varieties and was pleasantly surprised to find they offered Quilmes beer, which paired perfectly with our meal! I also appreciate that they support local businesses like Caldera and Blossom Barn Cider.
