"We came here to get a quick bite before driving 4 hours home after a weekend at the beach. We had a new server, who was not adequately trained before being put on the floor by herself to take care of customers. We weren't greeted by anyone after we were sat at a table. When our server finally came to take our order, we ordered our food and didn't get our drinks for almost 20 minutes. We didn't get refills on our drinks until the end of our meal. At this point, we were very upset with everything. We ordered a kids meal only for someone to come out and tell us they didn't even have that item, so we had to change our order. Our entree came without the bread, which we needed for the pulled chicken. It was all very disorganized and seemed like no one really cared. People that were sat after us had their food served to them before ours was even close to being served to us. We talked to the manager, who didn't do much to rectify the situation. We had to pay full price for a meal that was incredibly disappointing. We didn't get everything we ordered, nor did anyone care to check on us throughout the duration of our visit. Our food was cold by the time we got drink refills. While I will say the presentation of the meal I ordered looked great, that was the only positive thing about the entire visit. The other tables around us also had complaints about food temperature, accuracy, and the hospitality they were NOT shown while dining in this establishment. I will not be going back here again. They need to take a good hard look at their management and the servers they're hiring there, because they're driving business away."

Everything was absolutely delicious. Service was great and everyone was friendly. I got the shrimp tacos and my fiancé got the brisket and try were both so good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Cool atmosphere, but overpriced for what you get. Our margaritas were $13 each and the crab shrimp dip was really small and tasted more cheesy than seafood. They automatically include 18% regardless of how many people are in your party

I ordered the half-pound grilled shrimp, the Ahi Tuna Stack, and an 8oz medium cut steak. Everything was absolutely delicious—highly recommended! I regret not taking pictures; what a shame! But I did manage to snap a photo of the dessert afterwards.

Great place on the waterfront. Like all beach restaurants it's quiet in the winter and busy busy in the summer. Has a dining section and a bar section. Great margaritas. Menu changes with fresh produce. Themed private dinner pairings. Great guacamole and tuna bites! View menu

I ordered the grilled shrimp (half a pound), the ahi tuna stack, and an 8-ounce center cut steak. Everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place! I should have taken some photos before digging in; what a shame. But I did snap a picture of the dessert afterward!

We visited Cactus Jack's and only had to wait 20 minutes for a table. I ordered the surf and turf, which was excellent, and my partner had a burrito that she enjoyed very much. The food was great, and the service was good as well. The only thing I didn't appreciate was that they included the tip in the bill.

The we ordered the land and Sea sample plate with steak, shrimp and a crab cake. Also the crab and shrimp dip for an appetizer. The dip came out long after we were finished eating our dinner and several margaritas. The food was good but not worth the price we paid and that's after they took off the appetizer because it came out so late. View menu

This place is right on the strip (across from the ocean) and super convenient for grabbing a bite to eat. There is indoor outdoor seating, very welcoming staff, extremely quick service, and has a cute comfortable atmosphere. I 'm only giving this place three stars because the food drinks were just ok for the price, and I hate that gratuity is automatically included for a 2 person table. I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. There was live music tonight, and the band was quite impressive. The bar offered a great selection of drinks. I enjoyed the small chips and queso, which were still a generous portion. I chose the three-taco selection: the tuna taco was excellent, the founder taco had a fantastic amount of fish, and the brisket taco stood out with its rich, smoky flavor. It was slow-cooked for 12 hours, and you can really taste the difference. Despite it being a slow season with fewer staff, Hannah was amazing, making sure everyone was attended to and well-managed. Overall, it's a fantastic place for dinner, and I'll definitely be coming back!
