"Even though we had reservations we were seated in an odd high traffic area. The food took more than an hour before it was served so it seemed like they had too many takeout orders and not enough staff for the dining in customers.The food seem to have sat for a while before it was brought out although that was hard to determine. We had to send one entrée back. We were there for over hours and that is much longer than anticipated for a casual meal at a restaurant like cactus. Prior experiences have been much more positive for the food quality, service and seating arrangements so we will probably give it another try"

I would highly recommend dining at Cactus. The hot mess dip and chicken tortilla soup are outstanding. Happy hour. Prices are not very discounted... Maybe 50 cents off of your margarita. And watch out for some other prices. Some of the happy hour prices are higher than regular prices for their dips, etc. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating.

we have eaten here several times and eating is good, but it will always be a thema that the service is just not what it was earlier. While we all learned to lower our expectations, it makes for a frustrating experience when they see their waiter when they order and then not again until they get their bill. empty water cups and cold feed for a sad evening meal made with my man. I think we'll take a break from this place and try it back in a few years.
