"As we strolled by, we were drawn in by the enticing $9.99 lunch special, which the staff aggressively promoted with flyers. We decided to sit down and enjoy what we thought would be a reasonably priced meal. To our surprise, the experience quickly took a turn. Our waiter, Eduardo, enthusiastically recommended the Latin seafood dish, paella. Assuming the price would be close to the advertised special, we obliged and ordered it. When the check arrived, I was shocked to find it totaled $315! Yes, you read that correctly—what a classic bait-and-switch tactic! The waiter never mentioned that this dish would be significantly more expensive than the $9.99 lunch special that had initially attracted us. I requested to speak with the manager, Gustavo. To my dismay, he was extremely unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns, stating simply, "I can't do anything for you." I couldn't believe the lack of customer service. Consider this a warning: steer clear of Gloria Estefan's restaurants like the Cardozo and Larios. I even contacted the Miami Beach police, who informed me that this kind of situation occurs frequently in the area. Their advice? Cut your losses, don’t embarrass your family, and enjoy the rest of your day. You've been warned!"

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiter described the specials, and I decided to order the paella for two. It was just okay, but when I received the bill, it was a shocking $195! I couldn't believe my eyes. I asked to speak with the manager, and he informed me that he wasn't allowed to disclose the prices of the specials unless customers asked. This struck me as very dishonest, and the entire experience left me feeling quite dissatisfied.

My boyfriend and I dined here during our trip to Miami, Florida, and we were quite disappointed. The staff was overly persistent and not attentive. The food was unappetizing and excessively priced. The drinks were also overpriced and terrible; I ordered a Margarita that tasted like pure tequila mixed with a unpleasant syrup that was supposed to be mango. It felt like they used the cheapest ingredients while charging outrageous prices. I would never consider eating here again, especially given the cost!

We sampled the Miami Spice menu, but unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations. We ordered one of each of the two appetizer options, but instead received two of the same dish. Additionally, we requested a well-done skirt steak, but it came out medium. They had run out of dessert options, so we ended up with the only remaining choice, coconut flan, which turned out to be the best part of our meal. I also recommend bringing your own water, as getting a refill is quite a hassle. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant; it simply wasn't worth it. View menu
