We eat here. Husband ordered hummus with delicious naan. He loved it. I ordered a salad. I went to this restaurant because I thought they had a big Caesar salad, but there was only a small side. It was still good. We had both delicious vegan bratwurst covered with sauerkraut. They first brought it with creamy cheese on it, but, quickly replaced it on request. Not too many people here need to understand the term vegan.

Enjoyed lunch by the river on a beautiful Saturday. They have 3 vegan options on the menu beyond bratwurst, beyond burger, and black bean burger. I got the brat that came on a pretzel bun with sauerkraut (just ask to leave off the Swiss! with fries and a pickle. They have a couple of mustard options you can put on the brat if you’re a mustard person. Overall, solid spot for getting a brat in this little German Georgian town!

I had lunch by the river on a lovely Saturday. The restaurant offers three vegan options on the menu - Beyond Bratwurst, Beyond Burger, and Black Bean Burger. I tried the Beyond Bratwurst served with sauerkraut on a pretzel bun (served alongside Swiss cheese, fries, and a pickle). They also have various condiment options for those who enjoy mustard. The restaurant has a cozy outdoor seating area with a beautiful view of the river. They offer a handful of vegan options when dairy is omitted. The staff was friendly and well-informed about vegan choices. The warm apple wine was a delicious treat, especially on a chilly day. I ordered the bratwurst, while my daughter and mother also enjoyed their meals. My son had the burger and my sister had the pasta. Everyone was pleased with their dish.

We were feeling hungry and decided to give Cafe Internationally a try. I must say, the menu was better than the nearby tavern. I ordered the vegan brat on a pretzel roll with red cabbage, sauerkraut, and fries. My wife had the black bean burger. We also tried the hummus and pita, which was an interesting twist with the German style cuisine. Overall, the brat was good, the burger was decent, and in a city known for its meat and dairy dishes, it was nice to have some vegetarian options.

Nicely hungry when we made the decision to try Cafe International, and I will say that menu by menu, it was a better option than near Troll Tavern. I also had the vegan roast on the pulp roll with red cabbage, sour wort and frits. My wife had the black bean burger. We also had the hummus and the pita, as strange a pairing that is farewell with German style. Anyway, the Brat was solid, the burger was decent, and for a Bavarian style town where everything was meat and milk, it offered the opportunity for us to go through it. View menu
