"I was unfortunately very disappointed with the service I received from this bakery as well as the wedding cake we ordered. We requested a 3 tier cake with piped roses. The piping on the cake we received looked different than what we had requested and in our opinion didn’t look like a professionally made cake (see photo below). The frosting on the cake we ordered was cream cheese and tasted amazing when we had our tasting, but we received what appeared like and tasted like marshmallow fluff. This wasn’t exactly complementary with our red velvet cake flavor. Finally, we were very excited to box the top tier of our wedding cake. Cynthia assured me she would be providing boxes that fit the cake tiers. The boxes she provided did not fit the cake and it was cut into many smaller pieces to be packed up. The top tier was wrapped in plastic wrap as we couldn’t use the provided box. She later informed me that if I wanted to freeze my cake, I needed to purchase a specialty box in advance as she does not provide those boxes. My communications with Cynthia and her team were unpleasant aside from our very first tasting with her. Her team was rarely able to answer my questions and Cynthia was very short with me when I asked questions leading up to our wedding date. She made me feel like the questions and concerns I had were stupid when in reality everything that I was worried about going wrong with this cake went wrong. I was admittedly stressed during the time leading up to our wedding, but unfortunately speaking with the bakery staff and Cynthia did not ease my nerves."

Delicious cakes!! Ordered a custom 4 layer cake for a Nutcracker themed quinceanera, each with a different flavor. Was a bit pricey but worth the money. Leaving 4out of 5 because my cake wasn't centered correctly and my red piping was kinda sloppy but overall it was perfect for my event.

I can't express how incredible my wedding cake was! It was delightful, delicious, incredibly moist, and just amazing overall. My wife and I had Cynthia make our wedding cake and it was fantastic! The price was much lower than other bakeries but the cakes were still on par or better than any others we tried. The cakes (both gluten free and non-gluten free) were light and fluffy and tasted fantastic! They were an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way and the cake turned out amazing! Definitely recommend for all your cake needs!

From the cake tasting to my wedding cake, I was truly impressed. Our cake tasting was incredibly personalized, one-on-one with Cynthia. She really listened to us and brought our dream wedding cake to life! The flavors of the cake were fantastic! We created a pie that was half chocolate and half salted caramel, and both our guests and I loved it! I appreciated the attention to detail and the collaboration with our florist to ensure the cake looked stunning. I highly recommend this place—10/10!

cynthia made our high-time cake last weeks and it was amazing! our whole family is Polish, so their expectations on baked goods are very high. they were all very satisfied and said it was the best cake in America they have ever tried! we went to 4 different bakeries before we found cynthia and we almost gave up a high-time cake. everything else was far too sweet, tasted artificial, and the prices were far too high. cynthia's cakes were not only the best tasting, it was also the most favorable. to hide them, was not a brain shake and we can't recommend them enough! I called Cynthia ahead of time to inform her my fiancé and soon to be mother in-law would be there in my place.I expected this to just be a tasting.
