"First of all I tried 3 different times weeks apart to call my order in ahead of time but no one answers the phone. The first time I went in to order about 45 min before closing the bartender said it was too late, the kitchen was closed. Don 't bars have to offer something to eat because of the alcohol? . The next time I went in to order a couple nights ago the bartender was unbelievably rude, wishy-washy. When we asked him questions about what was on the menu he said he didn 't know, didn 't know, didn 't know. Then when we wanted to sub something and we were confused about the wording of something on the menu, all of the sudden he was the menu EXPERT! He had worked there 6 years and knows everything about the menu, the restaurant, ect. We felt like we should have stood up to his bully like behavior, but we were starving and didn 't want to be thrown out.. When our to go order arrived it looked fabulous. Good portions , looked fresh, good value for the price.. EXCEPT the sauces.... The red sauce and hot mustard tasted watered down and had a very odd taste/after taste. My friend actually wondered if he may have done something to our sauces... So, yeah, that 's my experience of the Candlelight ..."

We come here after playing tennis on Sundays. The food is consistently good diner fare. They also have slot machines and a pool table. The waitress is very friendly.

Great breakfast at an affordable price! I ordered my eggs over medium and crispy hash browns, and they were spot on! The beef hash was also delicious. The bartender/waitress was friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

Someone I was with was being constantly harassed bullied by an obviously drunk regular, over her poker machine. Staff did nothing till it really started to escalate..it lasted way too long. Spent $80 on food and it wasn't near as good as I remembered from a few years back.

Despite them being out of champagne , it was still frickin rad. I had a cpl great vodka cranberries the AM bartender was awesome, the lady that relieved him, not so much at all, we left after she came on. Staff here,are not RUDE...But I don 't think I could use the word: NICE either! It 's almost as if they don 't want to be there&are forcing even speaking to you(@least ME! ...It could just be ME? And maybe they for some reason: don 't care for me.But I 've probably been there a total of maybe 5-7 times&my experience is ALWAYS been exactly the same. No matter whose working behind their bar.
