Food was amazing. Property was very clean. Staff was reliable. I was satisfied with their professionalism and their accuracy. Location was also convenient.

Horrible Horrible. Just ordered through seamless and they tottally messed up my order and forgot drinks and my beef patty on the side. And when i call them the phone keeps ringing out. So unprofessional and a waste of my time and money.NEVER AGAIN!!

My daughter called me and treated her Mom to dinner. I am so sorry that she spent almost $40. The oxtails were terrible which I only got 4 in my dinner. They had no flavor and tough to eat also the plantains were terrible ?. I will never eat from them again it didn't have no spice to it actually it taste like American food. View menu

My only major complaint is how long it took for my order to arrive. However, the oxtail and cabbage were absolutely amazing—definitely the highlights of my meal! I usually don't prefer gravy, but I even enjoyed it this time. I'm extremely satisfied with my meal and can't wait to order again. Just a request for next time: please ensure the delivery is quicker!

Good Food, Just not worth the price. I visited this establishment and purchased a small stew chicken with rice and peas, and a small j chicken with Mac and Cheese, along with two cream sodas which ended up totaling $39.52. I could’ve went out to Applebees and purchased two meals, an alcoholic drink, yet still would’ve been able to leave a tip for that amount.

I've ordered food from here through DoorDash on several occasions. While some of my experiences were good, I was incredibly disappointed today. If you wouldn’t serve this to your family, you definitely shouldn’t serve it to paying customers. For $24, I expected much better than what I received for a plate of oxtail. At this point, I could have easily just cooked rice and eaten at home instead.

Did Caribbean Hut change ownership? Each time I order the presentation gets worse and the amount gets smaller. Today was the worst, we ordered oxtail, cabbage, rice and peas, no gravy. and an extra serving of white rice.We got oxtail, white rice, cabbage, no gravy thrown in the box, not served. No rice and peas was delivered and there was no adjustment to the bill.I am thoroughly disappointed!!!!They give a number to call and no one answers.

I ordered curry goat, but all I got was a plate full of bones. And don’t even get me started on the sweet chili salmon—it was the worst I've ever had. It was as hard as a rock, and they piled on onions and other toppings to mask its awful taste. Frankly, no one should order from this place again. The portions were small and mostly consisted of bones. If you're looking for genuinely good Caribbean or Jamaican food, I recommend Caribbean Sunshine—it's the best I've tasted so far. I've tried giving other Caribbean restaurants a chance, but they always disappoint, and Caribbean Hut is no exception. This is my second time ordering from them, and both experiences were terrible.
