My burger was slapped together with so much mayo the patty wouldn't stay with the bread, sloppy sandwich for a Carl's....fries were great and the staff was friendly tho..???

I went through the drive-thru at 3 AM and was charged separately for each item in a combo that was supposed to cost $7.39. Instead, I ended up paying over $10 for it. Now I see how Carl's Jr. is making extra money.

Love me some Carl's Jr. They were serving breakfast and burgers at breakfast time but don't serve breakfast after breakfast time. They'd make bank if they served breakfast all day. They should lose a star for not doing it but I'm just too big a fan to do 4 stars

We visit this restaurant almost every night. The waitress who usually serves us is really friendly and goes out of her way to do her job well. One time, our order took a bit longer than usual, and they gave us a free cookie as an apology. I used to be a manager at Burger King, so I can easily assess how well staff are doing their jobs, and it's clear they truly value their customers!
