"I went inside to ask the manager if my order was accurate, and she confirmed that it was, in fact, just a plain double cheeseburger. She then pointed to a photo on the wall. When I questioned why the food didn’t look at least somewhat like the picture, she curtly replied, "That's just how it is," and turned away from me. Considering the restaurant was empty and I had placed a sizable order, I couldn't help but wonder if this is really the best they can offer. Is there any focus on customer service anymore, or are they just employing friends and family who might not be the best fit for the job? This location could definitely benefit from a regional manager stepping in to implement some changes."

I ordered the new Gold Digger burger and while it had good flavor, it wasn't as big as I expected. I had a feeling it wouldn't be gigantic, but I was hoping for a bit more. Please bring back the Diablo burger; it's the best ever!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was the worst I've ever experienced. They hurried me through the drive-thru, only to have me park and wait for my order. It's no surprise they have trouble attracting customers. I think I'll just go to Jack in the Box from now on. View menu
