I only made one outing tonight and I can’t express enough how wonderful the service was! It was fantastic. When I arrived to pick up my food, everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I even received a wave and a greeting from the kitchen staff!

I thoroughly enjoyed the meatloaf and cheesy potatoes—they were fantastic! For the service, I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was around $10-$20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. I highly recommend trying a slice of pie!

On Mondays, they have the best liver onions I've had in a long time. The Mashed potatoes are great and the brown gravy is awesome. And they're green beans feel like dirt fresh out of the garden. I'm really don't know about any of their other foods. Because I'm hooked on the level on. Great independent restaurant. The food is excellent. Their pasta salad is the best I have ever tasted. I can't get enough of it. There are always great lunch specials. Multiple homemade pies are made fresh every day. SO GOOD! Do yourself a favor and have lunch here. I do every time I'm in the area. It's 3 hours from home, so I don't get the treat as often as I would like. I recently dined here for dinner and had a fantastic experience. The price per person is quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also rated at 5, making for a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was charming and inviting, deserving another 5. I highly recommend trying the Slice of Pie and the Butterscotch Meringue Pie for dessert. The Lasagna was also delicious and definitely worth ordering. Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy a meal!

When they were in Richwood, we ate there frequently for two reasons: the meals were homemade and affordable. After they relocated to Marion, I tried to visit as often as I could because of my partner's declining health. I moved to another state last December, but I make it a point to visit every three months, and it's always the first place I go. The food is delicious, the owners are very friendly to both customers and staff, and the waitstaff are the best I've encountered anywhere. Be sure not to leave without trying a slice of their homemade cake—it's truly the best I've ever had! View menu
