Carrabba's Italian Grill Amherst

We don't get there often enough! We went for our anniversary and once again carraba's delivered! Our favorite dish is the chicken marsala. We also love the cicillian chicken soup. Great food, great service!

Food was fresh and hot , the bread was good and the soup was good the entire was 8/10.drink was delicious staff was nice and friendly I was helping immediately in the food did not take too long to come out either.

We. Were seated quickly, our waiter was there to take our drink orders minutes later! He was very helpful in selecting our dinners, brought warm bread and oil, meal came quickly and hot! We had a great waiter, love Carabbas!

For a chain restaurant the food is amaxing!! We have never had a bad meal at Carrabba's!!! The staff are extremely friendly, the bar servers are superb at what they do! Carrabba's has one of the BEST HaPpY Hours around: My husband and I highly recommend this restaurant and we will continue to frequent this place as long as it's in Buffalo!!!

Our experience is amazing every time we come here. All of the food is delicious and so fresh. The mozzarella marinara is the freshest mozzarella I’ve ever seen in mozzarella sticks. The steak is just as amazing as the pasta. The garlic mashed potatoes are insanely good. The dessert is incredible. The service is great too. Our servant/waitress was absolutely amazing. Such a blessing! The food was great! Wonderful atmosphere. The decor and ambience set the tone for a very good experience. However, after a one hour and twenty minute wait, Ms. Anna, our servant/waitress was the God-sent gift of the week, a very long and tiring week. Our waiter Jeremy is the best. We couldn’t stay for our food because we had something come up. He got my daughter her pizza and didn’t charge us for our salads, appetizer, drinks or pizza. We told him we would pay and he said it was taken care of. He was attentive and always asking if we needed anything. On top of having multiple tables to check on as well. I called to make sure I had his name correct. We will be calling before we come in again to make sure he is working. Make sure you give this man a raise!

If I could give this location 6 stars, I would. Not just for the food and atmosphere, but the amazing staff. Our family has been frequenting this Carrabba’s for over a year and have never had bad service from our favorite servers, Tori, Jill and Tanner. Though we’ve never been to another Carrabba’s, we can’t imagine one measuring up to the service here. You may be put on a wait depending on the day/time you go. But don’t be dumb and go down the street. Patience is a virtue, and this place is worth it. Looking forward to many more family lunches and dinners here. View menu
