"The restaurant has a cool vibe. great noise level and thats the only positive thing I can say. Its was so dark we all had to read the menus with out flashlights. The menu is really confusing. Our waitress was amazing she had was serving several tables and tending bar on a busy Saturday night so we only saw her a couple times. I had the lobster pasta that I swear was cooked days ago. We literally waited two hours from the time we were seated to when our main course was sent out. The location is great, they just have to get the service and food quality up. Also simplify the menu."

I absolutely loved the four-course meal! Both times I visited, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The cocktails are simply outstanding!

The 4 course was abundant! So much so, we were unable to finish the main entree. Luckily, those leftovers made for a delightful Monday night dinner!!! View menu

Love the food and service was low key but attentive. Music was extremely loud and was pop/club type of music, not befitting a fine dining establishment.

The experience was okay. Overall, the food is good, but the menu offerings feel a bit forced. However, there is still some flexibility for those who don't want to overindulge with the entire menu. Food rating: 3/5.

Everything was cooked to perfection. They offer gluten-free options, and the gluten-free Shrimp Risotto was absolutely delicious. The Mexican Deviled Eggs had a bit too much spice for my taste, but they were gluten-free. The waitress was very helpful in selecting gluten-free choices for me. Dietary restrictions: gluten-free options available.

My husband and I chose Casa Bella to eat at while we were in Ojai and wanted to explore around and I am SO glad we did. We had our 11 month old with us and they were so accommodating and kind to her as well. Right off the bat the service was excellent, our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant and menu. It's a four course meal and every single course was really honestly cooked to perfection. The cocktails were wonderful too! Beautiful restaurant in beautiful Ventura. We couldn't have been more pleased.

"This place has something for everyone. They have SO many specials, two menus for lunch specials, then if you miss this they have an early dinner special as well as regular dinner specials, special chef's dinner, low fat menus (food is steamed and you can choose the sauce which you can add on yourself) and dim sum (biggest sui mai) I've ever seen, they have northern Chinese dishes and traditional Cantonese dishes (like egg foo young, which someone called an omelette LOL. Although not the healthiest for people ordering from the healthy menu when you order a dinner vs a la carte, you get a wonton skin appetizer which are like tortilla chips you get in Mexican restaurant which will take the edge off your appetite until you get your entrees. Also not on the menu, they do something that Chinese restaurants used to do, which is serve you a pot of tea, jasmine, which they give you without charge ! They put the money in portion size (large amount of meat) not in the overhead as the place is very simple.Want to address some criticisms, someone claimed that their dish only have celery, the menu describes what vegetables are in the dishes, if you get one that just says vegetables, you will get a large variety that includes mini corn, mushrooms and water chestnuts ! They do have a photo menu in the restaurant posted but a HUGE printed one. Unlike another review there is NO brewery below but they DO serve liquor. And they are very pleasant and I have the feeling if you are unhappy about something they will please you,"
