"I needed to feed a group of high schoolers and adults before an event, and Papa Joe's had received positive reviews. The owner, who I believe answered the phone, patiently helped me make a decision on how many pizzas to order by informing me of the number of slices in each. She then asked if I wanted delivery, and even offered to include napkins and plates. When I called to add a gluten-free pizza on the day of the event, it was no problem. The delivery was prompt, with Steven making multiple trips up the stairs to bring in the heavy pizzas and soda. The pizza was delicious and everyone, including a vegetarian, enjoyed it. The price for all the food and service was incredible. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I will definitely be returning to Papa Joe's for more. In conclusion, I realized that with all the pizza and drinks provided, the cost came out to be about $10 per person."

"Absolutely fantastic! What a wonderful, unique experience! My husband and I were having an old friend over for dinner last night and weren't quite sure what to have. He simply told the owners of Brooklyn's Best the situation, and they planned out a full meal (garlic bread, salad, side dish, main course, and dessert) for us! I was shocked to hear how reasonable the price was, and the food was, as expected, out-of-this-world delicious. I've never had anything like it. You can tell how much passion they put into the food at this restaurant. When I went to pick the food up, they were eager to tell me about the food and some details on where it had come from. Everything was made from scratch, down to the owners picking the strawberries for the dessert themselves. I knew I was bringing home a meal made with the same love and attention that I would've gotten from my own Italian grandmother's kitchen. All the food was done perfectly, and, despite my own lack of skill in the kitchen, I still got to impress our guest with dinner!"

"This was the only restaurant that could accommodate our last-minute request for a party of 50 on a Saturday night, allowing us to celebrate Taconic's co-op hockey team's victory in the Western Mass Tournament. The staff could have been overwhelmed, but instead, they greeted us with smiles and went out of their way to be accommodating. The food, served family-style, was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. Both the parents and the teenagers thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the experience."

"It was OK. Food was quite good, but staff was not. The hostess was not welcoming at all, really not. Despite our being only 1 of 2 tables occupied in the main dining room, it seemed difficult for them to assign us a server. Seemingly Chris drew the short straw and dispite our impression that he was a busser, he suddenly got promoted to our server. Chris was great and recommended the Salmon (his Mom's favorite)... it was really good. My wife had a chicken dish that she loved. So despite the good food and a great job by Chris, my experience was really ruined by three things: 1) The hostess 2) The mysterious server situation... still don't understand why Chris introduced himself as our bus boy and then became our server... No, it was not about short staff. 3) I forgot to mention. It took the 3 attempts to provide a clean water glass (one without lipstick). Really folks, in these times, with COVID running rampant, you need to take time to clean between guests. We eat out a lot... nearly all my reviews are positive and frankly this review is not bad at all. I belive that feedback is a gift. If the owners really want to improve this restaurant, it would only take a minor tweak, the food is good."

"Our dinner was outstanding! The food was fresh and delicious, the staff was attentive and professional, everything was spotless, the glasses for beer were frosted. We were impressed. A generous portion of chorizo tasted like it was homemade and waswonderful. Other great dishes were a tender steak with chimichurri, breaded pork loin, beans and rice, sweet plantains and yuccafries. We ended with a moist, creamy tres leches cake. Wow! We will definitely be back. My only regret is that we live too faraway (NH) to eat here regularly."
