Decent fast casual place for bowls. This location like others is a bit modern in that it 's concrete and cold. The staff here are wonderful.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at, the restaurant was dirty on the inside. What was most interesting, they portion your food by the color of your skin. Never eat here!!!!

Great food and flavors. I've noticed portions have gone down while prices have increased. Sad to say a half filled bowl of food is just not worth $15-$20. Happy to pay premium prices for a full meal though so hopefully things change a bit. View menu

The employees at this location made me prefer a few other places. I won't be returning here. I prefer to spend my hard-earned money where I feel appreciated, comfortable, and where the staff truly value customer service and appreciate my business!

This CAVA is generally pretty good. The line moves quick, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is pretty friendly. I probably eat here 2 times a week for lunch.I am giving 4 stars because the consistency of portion sizing varies significantly between servers, which is not uncommon among fast casual restaurants.

Its Saturday was in a rush running late to work and managed to leave my wallet at home. Started to ask if they take cash app or google pay and started into my Phone the mgr Tayvon just say enjoy your meal. Its on us. That made my day much better. That was service above and beyond. I would never in my life order from this location ever again I had order two grains bowls for me and my Kid with door dash and when I receive the bowls the bowls was literally empty the portions are small very small their stingy lls smh. Ppl want theirmoney worth and you guys is not the place to give that. Also they got our orders wrong and didn?t give us our free pitas that Iask for on the sides ???????????

I work at Howard Hospital, and I wanted to share my experience at this restaurant. I've always received 4 scoops of chicken without being charged extra, but I've noticed that the Spanish workers always add an extra charge for protein. It's quite disappointing. Some cashiers charge extra while others do not, so you can never really know the actual price at this location. Two weeks ago, I went with my colleagues, and all of us ordered double protein, yet none of us were charged extra.

This location consistently fails to meet my expectations. If you order take out, check your order before you leave. This time, my order was missing lettuce and had a minuscule amount out of burnt chicken in the wrap. Often, they are missing things clearly printed on the order tickets the dressing on the side, or will put on the wrong items I.e. tomatoes and onions vs tomatoes and cucumbers or just leave off things completely . With persistent issues, I wonder if they need new management or re training on brand standards? View menu
