"This is easily the worst restaurant I have ever visited in my life. It feels like the most budget-conscious and unremarkable dining establishment in existence. The service was dreadful, with only two incompetent waiters trying to manage a full room of customers. The $75 pre-fix menu came with just one bottle of water, and there were no other drink options offered to us—not even a glass with ice. The bread served was stale and at room temperature, and it was simply taken out of a plastic wrapper from the store. As for the meal, it was poorly seasoned, lukewarm, and of cafeteria quality at best. They didn’t even bother to provide new plates after the appetizers, forcing us to use our dirty utensils and combine everything on the small appetizer plate. Beyond the food, the live singer was nothing special either, and the music was so loud that I struggled to hear my wife even when speaking right next to me. The belly dancer appeared to have only watched a brief YouTube tutorial before attempting to perform, and it showed. Offering such a lazy, forgettable, and uninspired experience is one thing, but adding an automatic 20% gratuity to this already terrible dining experience is almost criminal. Save your time and money—I'll be warning everyone I know to steer clear of this place."

They just made me a Lebanese cheeseburger, and I absolutely devoured it! I'm amazed by how delicious their tomatoes are. I also really enjoy their vegetables marinated in vinegar.

I had an excellent dining experience. It was my first visit, but definitely not my last—I’m already planning to return soon. The service was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The ambiance, with its beautiful decor and lighting, was wonderful. The only minor issue was the smoke from the hookah, which bothered me a bit. Our waitress was friendly but remarkably inattentive. We sat down and waited 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, while a group that came in after us was served right away. We ordered hookah, but it took another 30 to 45 minutes before we could place our food order. Again, the table next to us, which arrived later, received prompt service. After over an hour of waiting, our food finally arrived, but our waitress would walk by without checking in on us. Everything seemed to take much longer than necessary. The manager walked around to observe but never asked if anyone needed anything. Overall, it was not a good experience.

I have dined at this restaurant before and had a lovely experience, but my visit today was disappointing. I had a reservation for four at 9 PM, and we all arrived on time as it was a special dinner. Unfortunately, our server—whose name I don't know but had very prominent lips—was not up to par. We left at 11:45 PM after enduring long waits for everything we ordered. She never once checked on us to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything.
