"I had just returned from helping my disabled mother in Buffalo, which consumed my entire day as I assisted her with packing and unloading her belongings. Not a single staff member offered an apology. Instead, they seemed upset with me for voicing my complaints and offered me minimal credit as compensation. This level of service is simply unacceptable. They were incredibly rude and unrepentant, providing the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm baffled by how a business can operate like this without considering its reputation. While I did receive one written receipt, it wasn't sufficient proof. I wasn't even asking for a full refund. The girl working when my fiancé picked up the order was there, and it was completely empty at that time, so I don't understand how she couldn't recall our situation. However, since she wasn't a manager, her account didn't carry much weight. Overall, I left feeling extremely disappointed."
