"I wanna give this place 5 stars but I can’t because something is wrong almost every other time I go there. The rice was undercooked one time, I asked for white meat one time and got all dark meat and this time I got roasted chicken and the chicken isn’t done the skin is flabby and just looks disgusting with some sazon on it blah. I guess I have to go home and finish cooking it!"

The food did not meet expectations. The baked chicken was soggy and a bit undercooked. I've had much better at other Spanish restaurants. However, the staff was nice and friendly. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

I can finally enjoy some delicious pernil without needing to travel to New York for a cuchifrito spot! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the lovely woman who usually takes my order. The food is perfectly seasoned—not too salty or bland—and it tastes fantastic! My 1st time stopping here I am very impressed with the food not to mention how very friendly they were. The empanadas were outstanding. Seriously over packed flavorful. Not like others that have 2 tablespoons in them air pockets. Had the yellow rice with beans pulled pork. Ended up in a food coma. Kudos to the chef. Wish they were closer to me.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and my food was undercooked. When I tried to return it, I faced a lot of resistance regarding a refund instead of an exchange. Frustrated, I ended up walking out, and I overheard a younger staff member calling me a "dumb gringo" in Spanish. Overall, I would give the food a 1 out of 5.
